As Kitana slept that night, she couldn't get the thought of her children being dead out of her head. Every time she fell asleep, she had the same nightmare: The witnessing of the murders of Saige and Samara. Skarlet thought there was no hope of saving Samara and Saige, but then, she realized how. Quan Chi had an amulet that kept the Revanants under his control, and unlike Shinnok's amulet, it could be destroyed. So then, Skarlet woke Kitana, Liu Kang and Jade, and said she knew how to revive the Revanants. "Quan Chi has an amulet that keeps them under his control, so we need to destroy it. It will restore Samara and Saige. After they're restored, let Saige kill Quan Chi. He deserves it after all he's done." Skarlet explained. "I'm ready, how about you 3?" Jade asked. "Ready as I will ever be." Liu Kang said. "I want revenge on the Brotherhood, so I'm ready." Kitana said. "Let's do this!" Skarlet said. The 4 created a portal to the Netherrealm, and ended up in Quan Chi's fortress. There were 2 Oni standing outside the fortress and Skarlet killed both of them. "I get the next 2." Jade said. "You got 'em." Skarlet replied. It wasn't hard to find Quan Chi, since he was in the war room. "If it isn't my traitor! You will pay!" Quan Chi said. "I'm not here to KILL you!" Skarlet said. She kicked him in the stomach and the amulet flew off of his Top. Skarlet sliced it in half and Samara and Saige returned to their original form. "NO!!" Quan Chi yelled. Saige charged Quan Chi and decapitated him. "Redemption is sweet!" Saige said.
