"Saige! Please help! Plea-AHHHH!" Kitana screamed as a group of Tarkatans tore her to shreds and started devouring her flesh. Then, Saige woke up. More nightmares, he told himself. Just more nightmares. Saige knew that he wouldn't be able to go back to sleep, so he got up, put on his leather gear, grabbed his weapons and walked outside. Saige realized he wasn't the only one up early, as he saw Samara standing outside, too. "Hey, Sis." Saige greeted Samara. "Hey, Saige." She greeted him back. "I wanted to ask you something." Samara said to Saige. "Anything." Saige said back to her. "Who trained you, you know, for Kombat?" Samara asked her brother. "Hanzo Hasashi, Shirai Ryu." Saige answered Samara's question. "Just curious. I'm gonna try to go back to sleep." Samara said to Saige. "Alright. See you when you get up." Saige replied to his sister. After Samara returned to her room, Saige turned around to go back to his room, but then heard a noise. He turned around and saw... her. Saige knew all to well who she was. "Nephew, how are you?" The figure asked. "Mileena, I'm not your nephew and you aren't my aunt!" Saige replied to Mileena. "Yet I have your mothers blood!" Mileena then attacked Saige, leaping on him and biting his neck. "Get off me!" Saige yelled and tossed Mileena off of him. "Keep your mask on! It hides your ugliness!" Saige said to Mileena. Mileena threw her Sai at him, but Saige caught both of them and tossed them aside. Mileena teleported into the air and tried to kick Saige while falling, but Saige launched her back up with an uppercut. As she fell, Saige superkicked her, caving in most of the front of her skull. Saige then took out his machetes and jammed them into both of Mileena's shoulders. He heard the blades go into the bones of Mileena's shoulders. Saige grabbed the handles of the machetes to lift himself into a handstand. As he was upside-down, he spun so he was looking in the direction Mileena was looking and kicked her full-force in the back while above ground, breaking her spine. Saige ripped his machetes out of Mileena's shoulders and did a reverse somersault as soon as he landed. Mileena was knocked out after that. "Stay down, false Empress." Saige said to Mileena after knocking her out.
