I solemnly make way up the flight of stairs to Bryan's room. Only to find an enraged Anna. Great.

"Ugh that jerk, who does he think he is, telling me, who I should and should not see! God and he had the gall to stand there all high and mighty, and call me stupid!" Anna screams, throwing Bryan's pillows across the room. Honestly, I have never seen her so pissed. I've been sitting here for the past few minutes waiting for her to calm down long enough for me to talk to her, but nothing so far.

"Ugh," she throws another one aiming it at the door.

When Ethan came to me on the sofa in the basement, I thought for sure he was coming to ask me something else. I let myself imagine maybe, just maybe, he came to ask me to dance or hell get a drink. But babysit Anna, while she has her momentary meltdown, was not high on my list of possible requests. However, my life is not a dream. I will never get the boy and now I am forced to listen, while the girl, who does, screams about it. Why did I agree to this, again?

Because when Ethan asked me if I would go check on Anna with a look that made my heart double in time, and Anna is my best friend. So now here I am, sitting at the desk listening to her go on and on about how much she can't stand Ethan, and how much she hates him. I wish she would just shut up. She didn't see how torn up he was about the way he treated. Yeah, the dummy shouldn't have said anything about Anna's intelligence, but he was angry and thought he was in the right. I can see that. She just needs a moment to cool, before she understands that too, I know it. That's how these two operate. I look over and see she has stopped throwing pillows around the room, so I say, "You done?"

"No!" she yelled as if I was being unreasonable and goes for another pillow. Fed up with her tantrum, I get up from the desk chair and scream.

"What is wrong with you," she asks, sounding annoyed by my outburst. I look at her for a moment and then walk straight up to her and take her next pillow out of her hand.

"Look, if you can't see what's right in front of you, then allow me to illuminate it for you." She looked utterly stunned by my words. "Ethan," I said slowly to help her follow the bombshell and the heartache I was about to land on the both of us, "likes you." Just then, Ethan entered the room. Awesome! Join the party, I think with a huff.

I can't watch this. After a moment, I leave these two too it, I guess. What else can I do? I go to the kitchen and grab a red cup, filled with a golden brown liquid.

Hey fellow bookworms! I know the chapter is very short, but Celsey gets her long chapter soon. I just needed to get through this part. It's more of a filler than anything else. I hope you enjoyed it.
