The idea and story of the book is original as per my knowledge. There are some inspirations here and there but that's all they are. The characters used in the book are created my me. So I hope no one tries to copy my story or use my characters without permission.

Edit: This story was pretty much abandoned for about 3 years due to various reasons. I've recently started to try my hand at writing again and well, I'd like to continue this story once more, albeit in a different direction than what I had in mind 3 years ago. Hence I'll start it again as a separate book while still keeping this as a memento of sorts.
