there is a veil of silence all around us:
we are suffocating beneath this silken shroud of
questions and hesitations and insecurities and
shameful hopes. the air is fraught with tensions
and accusations; the yellow lamplight flickers.
they said to tread carefully on this silence in between;
but i know not how. and neither do you, it seems.
