"Le Chat Noir" (a respected artwork) appears on a MATCH BOX in the show?!?!

At school, the home room teacher was teaching. It was too early for this, I was dozing off. Adrien was, too.

I was doodling in my agenda when I heard glass break. The window was shattered, and a winged creature flew in, snatching Adrien. She cackled, and flew out the broken window. Adrien reached out, and I tried to run after him. The teacher stopped me, putting a hand on my shoulder to hold me back. My fingers brushed against his, and missed.

I glared at my teacher.
"How could you?! I could have saved him! And now he's gone..."

"I know you really care about your friend, but I am required by the school to care for your safety!"

I pushed her off my shoulder.
"Adrien is more important to me than you keeping your job."

I ran after him, jumping out the broken window after him. As I was chasing after the winged kidnapper, I transformed into Fox Flame. News reporters had already found Ladybug, and she caught up with me.

"That thing has Adrien!"

"I know, she's taking him to the Eiffel Tower!" She yelled.

I turned to the tower, and sprinted towards it. I jumped the levels of the tower. My stomach dropped when I turned the top corner.

Chat Noir was dangling in her talons next to Adrien.

"Miss me?"

"B-but..."

I was so confused, I stopped running.

Why were there two of them?

"Fox Flame!"
Adrien screamed.

"Oh, come on, Fox Flame! Which one are you going to save?"
The stupid winged beast cackled.

"Why are you doing this?!"

"I have a little deal worked out with Hawkmoth, if I win, Adrien is mine!"

"Hawkmoth..." I seethed.

She dangled Adrien off the side of the tower, shaking him even more.

"Foxy, please!"

That was him. I thought I knew.

"No, it's a decoy!"
Chat Noir was throwing me off.

"You're a decoy!"

"You're the decoy!"

If Hawkmoth made a deal, it would be to test me. He wanted me to pick Adrien, and that meant that Chat Noir was a fake. I hurled a fireball at him, and it passed right through him.

A hologram.

"I pick Adrien."

She growled, baring her teeth.
"So you've gotten around my little hologram? But you can't get around-"

I kicked a piece of metal scrap at her and electrocuted it. Stunned, she dropped Adrien. I jumped, and caught him. He buried his face in my neck, as I braced my knees for the impact. I pushed back up, and then landed swiftly on the cement.

Ladybug came in time to de-evilize the Akuma. The harpy girl turned into one of Adrien's annoying fan girls.

He kissed my cheek.
"Thanks, Foxy."

"Kitty, you need to go."

"Where?"

"Away from the reporters!"

He nodded, and ran. I blocked them from chasing him with an impressive energy field of electricity. As soon as he turned the corner, I let them go.

Mr. Agreste called me to his office again, and I sat confidently.

"How did you know Chat Noir was a hologram?" He was flabbergasted.

"How did you not know that a 'smart little fox' like myself wouldn't have figured Chat Noir has a real ring?"
I mimicked his deep voice, when he'd previously called me a smart little fox.

He grumbled.
"Well, then. I owe you for saving my son. Thank you, Fox Flame."

I nodded.
"Anything for Adrien."

"To show my gratitude, I'll lend you the keys to my beach mansion. Think of it like a vacation."

He dangled the keys in my face, and I took them. I ran to Adrien's room, and busted open the door. I shook the keys, and tossed them. They landed on his stomach, and he woke up.

"What's this? Your house keys?"
He smirked.

"Actually, they're your dad's. To our new beach house."

"Wait, seriously? What did you do?"
He shot out of bed, hugging me.

"He wanted to say thanks for saving your life."

"Wha-? Wait, he knows?"

"Yeah, he knows."

"How-?!"

"It's not that hard to figure out."

"Yeah, I guess..."
He looked really disappointed.

"What's wrong?"

"He knows I'm Chat Noir?"

"No, of course not!"

He sighed, relieved.
"That's good..."

"Alright, whatever Mr. Mystery. Just hurry up and pack for tomorrow."
I lightly punched him.

"Oi!" He laughed.
