A/N: Hiccup looks like RTTE-self.
This chapter is dedicated to MacAtk1234 who very much wanted what is about to proceed
"Luneah!" Hiccup pouted, an over exaggerated frown on his face.
"No, Hiccup," the teen responded, continuing her sketch of a sewer system.
"Please?"
"No."
"You've been working on this nonstop for the past week. You need rest. How long have you slept?"
"Twelve hours."
"Last night?!"
"All week."
"That's not healthy. You can't live on that."
"Well, apparently, I can," Luneah said stubbornly, scrawling down notes quicker, annoyed by the constant nagging.
With a sigh, Hiccup stood up, grabbed Luneah by the shoulders, and spun her around. When she faced him, Hiccup pressed his lips to hers. The kiss lasted only for a moment, but both Luneah and Hiccup felt the clichè 'spark' but dismissed it, thinking the other would never feel the same way. Hiccup pulled away suddenly, and almost burst out laughing at the dazed look on Luneah's face.
"Please?"
"Yes? Ah- I mean No!"
Hiccup smirked. "Too late! You're taking a break tonight. That's final."
He waved goodbye, and practically flew out the door and down the elevator, turning off his desk lamp before he left.
Luna heard a snort behind her, and there sat Midnight, with an expression that looked like a dragon's smirk.
"Shut your face."
With a prominent roll of her eyes, the Moon Fury closed her eyes, and placed her head on her paws, restarting her nap.
"Luneah! Go the frick to sleep!"
"Jay, there is no way in hell that I am going to sleep at three in the afternoon."
Jeysannia pouted. "Why?"
"The sun's still up! And, I still have a lot of work to get done. I'm going back down to the workshop." Luneah said standing up off her bed, grabbing her messenger bag, and heading to the elevator.
Jeysannia quickly grabbed her, and pushed her towards the bed. "No. Nope. Never. You are going to stay up here until I deem fit. Midnight, guard the door."
Midnight stood up, and walked to the opening of the door, and at down in front of it, unfurling her wings, so that Luneah would have a hard time climbing over her.
Luneah shot a scowl at the dragon. "You are absolutely no help, you know that?"
"Go to sleep, Luneah."
"Shut up, Midnight! I'm not going to take you out for a ride tonight."
Jeysannia shook her head. "Whatever. Listen, Valka is taking the gang and I to get dragons of our own, and tutor us in dragonese, so we'll be gone for a while. Midnight is going to make sure you stay here, and Hiccup is coming later, when he's done with his project."
