I have apparently proven myself useful to Azula. She actually ASKED me if I would like to join her team on their expedition. Of course I said yes, she's the princess. That, and I had nothing better to do.
Right now we are currently in a metal Terrain Train, I think it's actually called a Land Rider... but my name sounds cooler, hunting the Avatar and his friends. We've been doing it for a while now actually. Azula has this plan to keep them on the move and not give them time to rest. That way when they do stop, they'll be too tired to fight. It's a genius plan really. The Avatar is actually a lot dumber then I previously thought. He is literally leaving a trail for us to follow!
They finally stopped moving. We hop on to our...green...giant lizard...thing? I don't know what they are really, I need to brush up on my animals. Anyway, as soon as the train stopped, the heavy metal door opens and off we go. These things are so fast. They were all in a row. They actually looked like they were gonna fight. The poor souls. The earth rises in some parts, trying to block us. We easily glide over them.
A rock wall rises from the ground as I see the team of misfits scramble onto there bison. Azula flawlessly swipes her arms, generating lighting, and shoots a blue bolt at the barrier. We missed them though. I watch them as the fly off. We turn and head back to our transportation. Back to hunting a bald monk.
"Wads of wet fur. How delightful.", Mai says in her bored as ever tone. We stopped by a river that has a collection of bison hair in it. Ty Lee is going on about something but I ignore it as I watch Azula observe the fur.
"The trail goes this way.", Mai points out. I take a look around. It's too obvious. Just as I see it, Azula does.
"The Avatar is trying to give us the slip." She points at the tops of broken trees. Smart move Avatar, but not smart enough. The princess gives us orders to head into the woods. Here we go again.Honestly, that thing is way to big to miss. We found them in like, 2 minutes. They start to decline at a pretty fast pace. The fatigue must be wearing in. Mai throws a few darts at them. I'm suprised the guy had enough energy to dodge them.
They made it over the river and began to celebrate. I guess they don't know their animals either. Our creatures do not slow as they run across the water on their hind legs. The water bender takes out Ty and my's lizards. However, we jumped off before we were hit. We jumped to opposite sides. Bouncing off trees in what might have looked like a criss cross pattern. Ty Lee and I land in front of the girl and try an attack. She dodges as well as tries one of her own. We quickly move out of the way.
Mai finally shows and attacks the guy at first, but goes for the girl I was fighting. I guess it's a switch. Probably for the best. Ty takes the guys right arm out while I do the left. It was too easy. Can this guy even fight. He attempts a kick at me, which I effortlessly block, then he goes to head bud Ty. She hurts her hand in...I don't even know what she was trying to do. The water tribe member taunts her, "Good try, but no." He must have a thick skull. I should of taken the girl. At least she'd be more fun.
The pathetically hops to his tribe member. She was stuck to a tree by Mai's weapons. I stand on the left of Mai. "I thought when we finally caught you guys it would be more exciting.Oh well. Victory is boring." Does she find anything exciting?
"I thought it would be more of a challenge." I take a look at them, "Guess I was wrong." The next thing I know, we're flying through the air and straight into the river. Ugh. Great.
A little down the river, we find a place shallow enough for us to trudge out of the cold water. I stand and ring out my shirt. "Was it just me, or was that guy kinda cute?" Ty Lee asks. I lightly shake my head. Ty Lee. Always thinking about looks.
