Best Friends Forever?[SPORATIC UPDATES]

2: Azula

  We had just finished our together act and were in the our 'dressing room'. Kapuco came up with a great plan to have intermission after our 'TyZeala' performance to give Ty some more time to rest. "Hey Zeala?" Ty Lee asked. "Yes Ty?" I responded. We were lying on two double seat benches, at either side of the 'room', staring at the roof of our tent. "Thank you for everything." She said as she turned to face me. I turned to face her. "Your my best friend." She added. I smiled wide and sat up. "And you are mine." I stated. We heard people returning to the main tent and we both stood up. "I'm gonna go find a seat to see your show. Good luck." I told her as I left the tent.

I was making my way to the arena when I realized I forgot my matching arm gard that me and Ty had. It was a matching set of beautiful gold lower arm guards that went from the wrist to half way up the lower part of the arm, below the elbow. A lady had give them to us after our show and said that as long as we had them, we would always be close. I took it off after the performance because it was getting sweaty.

  As I was approaching the tent I heard Ty Lee talking to someone. "That was a wonderful performance Ty Lee. You and that other girl are quite the duo. I can't wait to see your solo performance.", a voice said. I knew the voice but I just couldn't place it. "Thank you Azula. I'm so glad you liked it.", Ty Lee said. Azula? PRINCESS Azula!? What is she doing here? "Well I really must be going. Wouldn't want to keep you too long and have you be late." , Princess Azula said. I left quietly and quickly so I wouldn't be caught eavesdropping.

I found a good spot to watch the show. I wore a big black cloak so I wouldn't take any attention away from Ty Lee. I know how much she loves it. Kapuco introduced Ty Lee and the spot light opened on her balancing on a cart on the tightrope. She wore her sun beam head piece. It was a distinct way, aside from the outfit and the missing other person, to tell the two performances apart. I thought she was doing great...until the safety net was set on fire...then I saw her stuggle. Ty Lee was doing well with the burning net...and then it got worse. All the dangerous animals were released. I couldn't watch and slipped out to go for a walk.

  When I circled back to our dressing tent, I heard Ty Lee talking again  "The universe has been giving me strong hints that it's time for a career change. I would be honored to join you Azula." I stopped, dead in my tracks. She's going to take her away from me, again. Azula was going to take my best friend away from me. Azula said she would be back for her in the morning. When she walked out I went to hide. Ty Lee left the tent a little after that. As soon as she was out of sight, I snuck in. I packed a couple of things, I needed a break. I grabbed friendship arm guard and left.I was going to Omashu, I needed a friend.
