The drive back was quite lonesome. But what could I have expected? I pulled into my driveway and yawned tiredly before making my way into my house. The silence was overwhelming, I missed Yoon already. Shaking my head I threw the keys in the tray and trudged upstairs to my room. My eyes were fighting to stay open as I took off my clothes, leaving only my boxers on. I sat on the edge of my bed, back facing the door as a question popped into my head.
How did I get in so fast?
My eyes widened at the realization of my mistake, but before I could come to my senses I felt a dip in the bed. I froze in place, knowing all too well who was behind me. With a gulp, I slowly turned my head only to lock eyes with none other than Kim Namjoon.
"What are you doing here?" I whispered, not having enough energy to speak any louder.
"What? Am I not allowed to see my husband?"
Pain shot through my heart as he stated this, I had completely forgot about us still being married. I didn't have the guts to file for divorce. I figured I'd never see him again, but I figured wrong.
"Namjoon, this has to stop. You can't just come into my house like this, let alone my life!"
I felt him wrap his arms around me from behind.
"Stop holding so much anger against me, you know I'll always be here to take care of you."
I shook my head.
"Na-" "C'mon. You look tired, get some rest."
As hard as I tried to fight my drowsiness, I just couldn't. So with a nod I crawled up the bed, getting under the covers and resting my head, along with my hand, on his chest. Namjoon kissed the top of my head softly before whispering me off to sleep. Due to being tired I didn't comprehend how true he meant his statement.
"You won't get rid of me, Seokjin. You're mine forever."
