"Stop being a twat! Hand it over!"
Yoongi grunted as Hoseok slapped the back of his head and took back the book he had been reading. I chuckled at the scene and glanced over at Namjoon, who had a look of confusion set on his face. I stood up and made my way over onto his lap.
"What's wrong, sweetie?"
Namjoon threw on a quick smile before pecking my lips.
"Nothing you need to worry about, angel."
The pet name caused a small blush to tint my cheeks, with one last sigh I stood up and made my way over to Yoongi and Hoseok.
"What's got your knickers in a twist, angel?" Yoongi mocked, causing Hoseok to—yet again—smack the back of his head. I laughed at the duo before fiddling with my fingers.
"Namjoon's been, anxious lately. He won't tell me anything..."
"It's just business stuff, as much as I'd love to tell you... I can't." Hoseok went to continue but I waved him off.
"Yeah, yeah. I know. He's your boss. You're just following orders."
Yoongi smirked.
"You learn fast." He ruffled my hair and earned a slap on the back of his head again, this time he turned to face Hoseok.
"The hell was that for?!"
Hoseok merely giggled in response and Yoongi smiled softly at him.
Jeesh, these love birds.
"Jin!"
My head shot up and an angry Namjoon stood before me.
"Y-Yes?" I gulped, what did I do wrong?
He slammed a note down in front of me, all Yoongi, Hoseok, and I jumped.
"A note?" My brows furrowed, why is this such a big deal?
"Oh. Is that so? Just an ordinary note?"
Hoseok went to speak but Namjoon quickly shot him a glare.
"You two, out. Now."
Hoseok looked at me with sadness before being dragged out by Yoongi.
I steadily glanced at the note, a small smile making it's way onto my lips. It soon disappeared once Namjoon grabbed my arms, sure to leave a bruise.
"Why the fuck are you still talking to him?!"
I scoffed.
"Taehyung's my best friend, you can't control who I talk to anyways."
"Oh, really?" Namjoon's cold eyes sent a shiver down my spine. I loved him to death, but why must he use such aggression towards me?
"Maybe you'd be better off raising a child with him instead of me."
"Probably."
The word left my mouth quickly, I had no time to filter it. Why? Because I was upset. Namjoon always nagged on me to end relations with Taehyung. I couldn't. Especially to someone so close to my heart.
Namjoon shoved me off my chair.
"You little piece of-" "Finish that sentence and I'll show you how shitty I can truly be."
My threat hung in the air, I was beyond furious with him.
Namjoon knelt down and locked eyes with me.
"The child you get, is mine. Not Taehyung's. Mine. You are also mine. Mine, mine, mine!" I gasped seeing Namjoon burst into tears, my heart became heavy at the sight.
"Baby, don't cry... Please..." I crawled closer to him, slowly and gently wrapping my arms around him. I rested his head in the crook of my neck.
"Say it. Promise me." Namjoon said weakly. I knew what he was referring to, so I kissed the top of his head and stated
"I will forever be yours and only yours, what's mine is yours and what's yours is mine. Not even death will part us."
I felt Namjoon loosen up, this was his first breakdown in front of me.
I knew then that our vows were etched in his head and that he needed to reassure himself of my loyalty towards him.
Then I found myself knowing this would become an issue. And after everything went down, I knew I had to run.
