after the reaping Phoenix and derek were put on the train 2 the capitol so that they could be with the otter tributes 4 the hunger games. it was relly nice on the train an dey gave Phenix a new outfit it was a long floor length purple dress with blu gems on the hem n the boob area. they also ombre her hair s o it was dark blu at the top n light blu at the bottom. they also gave her septum piercing which made me look like Halsey ( lot of people tell Phoenix she loks like her . probably more people if they new who halsey waz as she is not v mainstream and only original ppl like her)
