Chapter Seventeen

HARRY’S P.O.V

After hours of running through the forest looking for my favourite girl, I am drained, physically, mentally and I am starting to lose hope causing the pain to come back into my chest. I don’t know if I will ever find her, but I hope I will, she sounded desperate when she said those words, the ones that gave me motivation to find her ‘please do’.

The boys and I are heading back into the house; we are going to think of way that we can find her, because we have to at some point. Right?

I am getting weaker and weaker and Louis notices as he comes and puts an arm under my arms to hold me up. I give him a small smile in appreciation and we keep walking.

I go to my room after a quick feed and head straight to bed.
“I will find you somehow” I send to Blair as I covered my body in a blanket.

BLAIR’S P.O.V

“I will find you somehow” Harry’s voice echoed in my head, the hope in his voice causing the pain to go away. Just then an idea pops into my head. Hope gives strength for Harry, and the is radiating onto me. I will be able to get away from here.
“Harry, what did you just say?” I asked, knowing the answer
“That I am going to find you and help you” he replied
“you’re going to what?” I asked as I stood up from my place next to a log and turned and started walking at a slow pace.
“I’m going to find you” Harry replied again.
“Okay, keep talking to me” I instructed, stopping with the questions because I could sense he was becoming annoyed. I think that he thinks I was playing with him.
“Okay, How are you today?” his asked. His question caused me to laugh mentally.
“Harry, you’re too generic, but I’m okay, how are you?” I asked him hoping that the answer wouldn’t be something negative.
“Better, because I’m going to find you, but even better now that your talking to me” he told me and I felt a small smile make its way to my face.
“That’s good. Harry, how many days have I been gone?” I asked, because I wanted to know how far approx. I had travelled so see how much I had to go.
“Three and a half days. Blair have you been walking all that time?” he asked, trying to figure out where I am I think.
“I ran for about 8 hours I remember then I kept walking I haven’t gotten much sleep I know that but I have been traveling really slowly” I tell him.
“Blair, could be hundreds of kilometres away, in any direction” he groaned out “But I’m still going to find you” he told me.
“Okay I replied” I had been walking for a while and I found enough strength to start a small but constant jog. I kept running and running. I think it is about time to get Niall to help me, but first I should talk to Lou.
“Harry, I will talk to you in a bit I am going to go” I told him, he groaned in reply but didn’t hold onto the mind link any further, allowing me to open a new one with Lou.

“Lou, I need your help” I tell him
“What do you need” he asks.
“Lou, what are the other boys powers?” I asked him
“Well, Niall can locate people, Liam can control emotions and make you feel other things, Zayn can turn himself or others invisible and heal and Harry, he has telekinesis” he told me. Hmm Zayn and Niall might just be able to help.
“Can Niall and Zayn keep a secret?” I asked him
“Zayn can, Niall not really” He told me
“Okay well then we will have to work with you and Zayn” I tell him
“But does Zayn even know that you message me?” he asked, oh, that is who I have been forgetting to message, oh well I will read his mind later and see what is going on.
“Um no” I told him
“Zayn cant help us then, he will be mad that you have been talking to be but not to him” he told me.
“Oh well lou he is going to have to deal with it” I tell him. He hummed in response and asked me some irrelevant stuff.
“How are you?” he asked
“Honestly, I’m okay” I told him.
“Good, Harry is getting better to, it is like hope is taking the pain away” he told me and I could hear the smile in his voice, he was happy his friend wasn’t hurting as much anymore.
“Well I’m glad” I told Lou. I really was glad, I didn’t want to see him hurt, and to be honest, In the time I was away, all I have wanted was to be in his arms again, hugging him, having him kiss me like he had, I wanted a relationship with the curly haired boy I had not known for more than 4 days.

“Yeah, I bet you are” Louis’ mocking voice knocked me out of my thoughts. I chucked aloud at his stupidity but kept my jog up.
“Lou, if you guys are vampires and I am Harry’s mate – although I don’t really know what that means- do I have like special ability’s like you do?” I asked because if I had super speed like them, gosh I could be running a lot faster.
“You can run fast, not like us fast, but Usane bolt fast and you’re a bit stronger than the average person, but these will only come out now that you know of our existence and any speed or strength you had before will be added on to your speed now” he told me. I nodded my head even though he couldn’t see.
“How do you pick how fast you go?” I asked because this is something I will need to use in the future.
“Think about what speed you want to go at that I realistic so how many km/h did you use to run?” Lou questioned
“10km/h long distance 15km/h short distance I think” I replied
“Then you can probably go about 70km/h at most, so think about a speed and no matter how tired or whatever if you will yourself enough and start running, you should run” I hummed in response and said thanks to Lou. Let’s try this speed running thing out.

I lined myself up with a straight line through the trees so I wouldn’t bash into any trees.
‘40km/h’ I told myself, continuously repeating it, I took a step to run and willed and willed myself to run, but I was still going really slow. Maybe my goal was to large for a first try. I will try 20km/h.
‘run – run – run – run – 20km/h’ I told myself, and this time I went and the funny thing was, I could see everything crystal clear. I ran and I ran, I knew it would still take me a while to get to where I wanted, and where I wanted was home.

I ran and I ran, I tried to take my speed up but it wouldn’t go past 20km/h. I really wish that I could go faster, I know that I don’t know my way back home, but I had to try, and the faster I went the more likely I would be to cover so much ground that I accidentally on purpose stumbled back onto the familiar land.

The air blowing through my hair felt amazing.  I miss Harry. I should talk to him. But I need to concentrate, The ache in my chest is changing, I need to turn around, I’m going the wrong way. I don’t know where I am at the moment; I’m not travelling in a straight line like I was before all the drama with the pain came into play. I guess my running destination is going to end up where ever it wants because I have no clue where I should go, I need a map.

I have been alone for a few hours now. This is boring, I’m normally always talking to harry or Lou. They keep me company. Not anymore I guess. I shouldn’t be talking to harry. I’m getting to attached.

I kept running trying to find something that looked familiar, looking for anything that could help with my venture but I found nothing.

I think it is about time I call Lou in for official help.
“Lou, I think you will want to hear this” I tell him
“What is it?” he asks
“Lou, I’ll need your help, but, I’m coming home”
“Where’s home?” he asked
“Harry is home” I tell him and with that, my plan starts to unfold in my head of how I could keep harry out of my way so I could get back to the house
“Well then, I would be happy to help” Louis replies.
