Having to say goodbye

The movie ended and I was really sad that it was over. :( . "Did ya enjoy the movie?" Liam asked me. "Of course!" I replied. My seat was so warm and it was so stuffy in the cinema now. I grabbed my now squashed jacket that I'd been sitting on for hours. The band all grabbed their jackets and we walked out of the screening room.

In the main part of the cinema we all sat down on a couch while Harry phoned up his body guard to come pick us up. "Ah no!" Harry sort of yelled. "What's wrong?" Louie asked. I looked concerned. "Our body guard is caught up in a meeting. Looks like we're gonna have to kill an hour" he grinned. "That could be arranged" Niall grinned, linking my arm as the boys and I walked outside.

It was still really chilly and the sky was nearly black. "So...where to?" Liam asked looking at me. I glanced across the street and spotted the pet store. "Pet Mania!" I squealed pulling them across. Zayn chuckled. "Whatever you want" he grinned. We reached he pet store. There was an aroma of dog food and rodents.

I looked through the glass at the puppies, my nose pressed up against the glass like a child. "Which one's your favourite?" Zayn asked crouching down beside me. "That little white one with the brown patch on his nose" I said pointing to a fat one lying on the ground.

"Do your parents let you have pets?" He asked smiling. I smiled back. "Really?!" I squealed. "Yep" he grinned taking out his wallet. I was so excited to be getting a pet. Zayn and I stood up to see the other four cooing over this puppy behind the glass. I ran over to them.

"Hey guys. Zayn's buying me a puppy!" I yelled. They all smiled excitedly. "That's great!" Said Niall. I flipped out my phone. I texted my parents:

"Hey mam and dad. I'll have a surprise for you when I get home. I'll be there in an hour!"

I sent it and glanced my eyes up to see Zayn holding the adorable puppy I picked out. Tears were coming out my eyes. Tears of joy. "Oh my god!" I gasped as Zayn put it in my arms. The puppy was shaking. "I love it! Thank you so much!" I screamed jumping into Zayn's arms and still holding the puppy.

"What are you going to call him?" Harry asked. "Milo" I smiled still crying. The shop keeper gave me a hanky. I thanked her, dried my eyes and blushed. We walked around the pet shop a little more and started picking things out for Milo.

Louie picked out a bed for him. It was a light blue one with little writing underneath it saying: My best friend sleeps here. I thought it was cute and bought it. Liam was looking at this dog food bowl and a leash. The leash was plain black but it could stretch up to 10 metres. The dog food bowl was dark blue and said Doggy on it. I bought that as well. Harry walked over to me with about 20 squeaky toys and teddies for him. I chuckled saying "I don't have that much money!" Harry took out some cash. I gave him a hug. "Thanks" I said.

Then all I did was get him a couple of bones, some dog food and a dog house and we were ready to go. We put all the things on the register. Niall asked some workers to help us carry them into the limo that only just arrived.

Zayn slipped into the limo at the backseat and so did I. After me came Niall asking "Can I squeeze in with you?" "Of course!" I said moving up in the seat. In front of us were the rest of the gang. I held Milo on my lap. He was still shaking and looked terrified.

"How about we stop off for some Mc Donald's? Zayn asked pointing to it across the road. The guys nodded and I rubbed my stomach as it was gurgling.

We got out and walked across the road. We entered Mc Donald's. it was very quiet because it was about 10:00. We all ordered burgers and fries and we chose the high seats to eat at. I was starving but I didn't want to show a bad impression so I ate slowly and neatly.

"This is the best cheese burger ever!" Louie yelled digging in. I sipped my drink and as the guys were eating messily. I decided I would too. The guys laughed at how I ate. I laughed too. When we were finally done we all took a quick trip to the toilets and we went back into the limo. The driver was taking care of Milo so I grabbed him again and put him on my lap.

We finally reached my house and I was really sad I had to go. I tipped to driver thanking him for the ride. "I had a really nice day, we should do this again sometime." Liam said giving me a big hug. Louie strolled up to me and gave me a big bro punch. I laughed. "Seeya soon. Mandy." He smiled getting back into the limo. I stood there waiting for the others to come out and say bye to me. Zayn and Harry came out. I nodded at them but they pulled me into a hug. I laughed and hugged them back. They got back in and then Finally Niall came out. "I hope we meet up again" he said kissing my cheek and sliding a piece of paper into my hand. My body tingled wondering was it was. "Bye" he said getting back into the car and closing the door.

I glanced at the piece of paper and it turned out to be Niall phone number! I quickly kissed it so no one would notice.

I watched the car drive off standing at my porch, waving and smiling until I couldn't see it anymore. I grabbed my keys and opened the door. I closed it again still holding Milo. I ran into the kitchen to see my mother cooking. "Hi!" She yelled pulling me into a hug. I showed her Milo. "Some one very special bought this for me" I said letting her hold him.

She was smiling from ear to ear. "It's so great. He's beautiful." She squealed rubbing and scratching him. "Yeah. I called him Milo." I replied. "I love it! But who got this for you?" My mam asked.

I didn't want her to freak out so I told her in the calmest way. I made her tea and we sat down. I told her my whole story of the concert and meeting them, going to the cinema, them buying me a pet and even getting their phone number! I waved it in front of my mam's face. She screamed hugging me and jumping up and down.

"I can't wait for your father to find out!" She screamed. "When will he be home?" I asked. "Very soon" she replied hugging me.
