I picked up the knife and then I grunted as I threw it to the wall so it stuck out but I threw it so hard that the point was really far in the wood. "Cant you use your powers to sense out Abbey and Jesse to find them?" Dean asked me and I could hear some anger in his voice toward me.

I snapped my eyes up at him. "Don't you think I've tried?"

"I don't know, have you?"

My jaw dropped and I lost it. I punched him right in the face. He stumbled back, holding his face. "Of course I have! Crowley has cut me off from them. I can't find a connection"

"So it works like wifi or something?" he made a face.

"Yeah kind of, I guess" I rolled my eyes at him, frustrated and annoyed. "I've even tried some witchcraft spells. Crowley knows us. He has an inside man. Cas probably told him everything about me. Nothing I try will work, so I'm sorry that Abbey and Jesse being MIA is my fault"

"Mel, that's not what I meant...I was out of line, I'm sorry, okay? I'm just..." he started and ran a hand over his face and I saw the distress in his teary eyes.

"What's going on in here?" Brit asked as her, Sam and Chris came walking in.

We didn't answer her though...I could barely look up at them...or up at him. "Nothing. Everything's fine" I mumbled.

"Guys...we don't have time to be getting mad at each other...you two don't have time to get mad at each other" Sam said.

"Do you guys have something new or not" I said, monotonously.

It was dark now and Balthazar was with us in Bobby's kitchen. "And we should believe you why?" I asked him, crossing my arms.

"Would you believe I had a shred of decency?"

"No" Sam and Brit answered.

"Oh that hurt...okay you're right. It's survival. You see, I asked Cas some questions and I disliked his answers. Seems awfully sure of himself for a man who wants to swallow millions of nuclear reactors. These things can get a bit Chernobyl. So viola, consider me your double agent"

Then, he looked at me and Dean. "And I took liberty of searching for your friends. It took a while. Crowley is a clever one" I dropped my arms as my eyes widened. "You find them?" Dean asked.

"Upside is yes. Downside is no, I cant get them for you"

"Why not?" Chris demanded.

"Because Crowley has angel proofed the whole bloody building. Guess he doesn't trust Cas. Seems that marriage is going swimmingly"

"Get us as close as you can" I said.

"Sure" he nodded. "But then you're on your own" he added.

Then, when we got our stuff together, he popped us up in an alley in front of a big warehouse. "Alright kids, this is where I get off. God be with you and...what have you" he said and disappeared.

I looked at Chris and handed him a shotgun. "You shoot whatever moves, got it?" I told him.

"He knows" Dean said and nodded at him and Chris nodded back.

So, I let out a deep breath and we all went forward. I was nervous. I had to focus on rescuing Abbey and Jesse but I needed to be sure Chris was safe...but if Dean was so sure that he could handle this...then I trusted him. We saw two demons come out the side door and as Sam and Brit waited at the bottom, Dean, Chris and I headed up. Dean stabbed one with the knife and tossed him over the side of the railing to Sam and Brit as I punched the other and kicked him back into the wall. Dean threw the knife to Chris and he stabbed the other one. Then, we tossed him over the side to Sam and Brit as well. I looked at Chris and nodded in approval as I took the knife from him to hand it back to Dean.
