Ok, so after I decide what race they are, I usually decide what they'll wear.
Now your first idea of what they'll wear doesn't have to be permanent. Just think of a simple design for your character and build off of it.
Now, if you decide to make a creepypasta OC with a hoodie and jeans, that's a good template. But, it's NOT a good finished product.
Puh-leese! Do not rip off another creepypasta! Hoodie and jeans are fine, just use them in the right place at the right time.
For example, if your creepypasta lives in a city where it's cold 24/7 jeans and hoodie are fine. But, if it's the middle of the summer in Brazil, NO JEANS AND HOODIE!!!! IDK ABOUT YOU, BUT I WOULD DIE FROM THE HEAT!!!
Think of something original. My OC has a hoodless red jacket over a white tank top with jeans! I've never seen a creepypasta like that. (Sry if one actually exists)
And for everyone's sake, *takes deep breath* NO TINY SKIRTS, HIGH HEELS, NEON COLORS, OR OTHER CRAP LIKE THAT!!!!! They are freaking killers! Not fashion models! Keep those things for when they're out in public and NOT killing. (If they can fit in with the public)
Think about what they'll wear and think about how it would affect their lethality. Because a killer can't run from the cops in high heels! They'll break their ankles!
And with the colors, please no neon, they'll get caught immediately. And red, black, and white. Good colors, just used a lot. Try something new, like navy blue, or a burnt orange, or something else.
So, with clothes the sky's the limit. Or the practicality.

RandomI'm tired of seeing Mary Sues and tired of people judging to hard on OCs. So I made this book to help people planning to make OCs.
