(If you don't have a human OC then you can ignore this chapter if you want)
Humanization. This is a big part of the human OCs. Because basically no matter how far gone they are. They. Are. Still. Human. Now some people just are hollow shells or killing machines (IM LOOKING AT YOU JEFF!!!) but chances are that, sometime in their life, they had someone they really cared about. If they were, family, friends, lovers, ect. And I'm NOT saying that everyone messes up on this, but it's something that I feel like people may miss every now and then. I know I miss it every now and then.
Here's some ways to humanize them,
Give them a specific kind of person they can't kill - kids, virgins, mothers, ect. Basically, something happened fit their life that won't let them kill those people because of the happy memories they still have. Now I know people can rant and fuss about this, but think of this. Imagine if your mother was brutally murdered in front of you. And when you were a killer, you went to kill a mother and her child. But as soon as you saw the look on the child's face, all you could see is the look on your face when your mother was killed. Could you kill them? Answer TRUTHFULLY in the comments if you want.
Give them a specific kind of person they hate and want to kill - rapists, bullies, ect.
They can still show signs of love, probably not as much as a normal person, and there are exceptions with specific disorders DO NOT SHIP WITH CANON CREEPYPASTAS!!!!!! If you want them to fall in love or something, think of it as a crazy, obsessive love more than anything
They have regrets, fears, and sometimes phobias
Yeah, so if they have the right disorder, they can be completely dehumanized. But odds are, they're going to still have traces of human emotions and junk like that.

RandomI'm tired of seeing Mary Sues and tired of people judging to hard on OCs. So I made this book to help people planning to make OCs.
