I've decided to name the next twelve chapters off of Tonight Alive's new album The Other Side tracks. It'll make the plot interesting and make this story longer. Hope you guys are doing well :) -Sarah

Jenna's POV-

Seeing Sarah like this was really sad.

She's sick with a cold, and has used two boxes of tissues within the past two days. She can't laugh without coughing. She's been in bed for the past week. She's sick, and I can't do anything to help her.

"Why don't you see a doctor?" I asked.

"No." she said. "I'm not supposed to talk, remember? They'd see I was talking."

"You're sick, Sarah. You need to see a doctor."

"I'm alright." she said, coughing. She laid back and groaned. I sighed. When she fell asleep I decided to look up her symptoms.

And I was very sad at what I read about them.

These symptoms can be life threatning. If you or someone you know cannot stop coughing, you should see a doctor.

I put my hand over my mouth and felt the tears fall from my eyes. I looked at Sarah. She was sleeping. I was going to call her doctor ASAP to talk about it.

I got up, and went to the back room where Sarah was sleeping. I laid next to her, and gently woke her up. "Hey, kiddo." I said.

She yawned and looked at me. "What?" she asked politely.

"Nothing. I just want you to know that I'm going to do everything I can to fight for you."

Sarah's POV-

I know this is serious.

I know that I'm not following the doctor's orders.

But I don't care.

I'm living my dream and I'm not letting any illness stop me.

When Jenna woke me up, I could see that something was bothering her. "What's wrong?" I asked.

She sighed. "I just looked up your symptoms."

"What'd they say?"

She sighed. When she told me, I didn't really react.

"Are you okay?" she asked.

I nodded. "Yeah."

"I think we should get you help."

"No." I said. "I"m not being stubborn, but I'm not letting any illness stop me from living my dream."

"I care about you and I want you to take care of yourself. I was sick once and had to cancel a tour to get better. You should do the same."

"Warped Tour is almost over, Jenna. It's almost the last week."

"Alright. But as soon as Warped Tour is over, you're seeing a doctor."

"What about Australia?"

"We'll get to that. But we need to get you better."

She was right. I did need to get better.

Jess's POV-

I opened the tour bus door. I was going to see Jenna. We had to fix this--I was a mess. I walked in the parking lot, to where I remember the bus being. I knew she had to be with Sarah because she's been sick this week. I brought Jenna a single flower, and I brought Sarah a pack of gummy worms. I knocked on the door. The guys had gone out with the Take Six guys for dinner.

Jenna opened it. She couldn't help but smile.

"Hi." she said.

"Hi." I replied. "Um....I brought you guys stuff."

She let me in and I handed her the rose. "Thank you." she said.

"Is it okay if I give these to Sarah?" I asked.

She nodded. I went to the back bedroom to give them to her. "Hey kid, I brought you some gummy worms."

"Ahhhh thank you!" she said, then started coughing.

"Is she okay?" I asked Jenna. "I know she's sick but this sounds bad."

"We're waiting until Warped Tour is over to see a doctor."

"Warped Tour can wait. This sounds serious."

Sarah looked down. This made her sad the most.

Jenna walked to the bed and sat on it. "Kiddo, I promise you we'll be in and out. But she's right....you do need to see a doctor."

She nodded. "I'll get my shoes on."

Jenna's POV-

Sitting in the waiting room became something I had grown to get used to.

Jess had stayed behind to tell the Take Six boys, and we'd taken the Tonight alive bus to the hospital. They got her in right away, and did tests and stuff. The guys were waiting in the waiting room.

Sarah was sitting in the hospital bed. I could tell she was scared. I got up and sat next to her and gave her a hug. "I told you I was going to everything I can to fight for you."

The doctor walked in, and he sighed. "There's nothing we can do for you, anymore. We tried the vocal rest. Is that not working?"

"No." Sarah replied. "I decided to talk."

He sighed. "I told you if you talked, there was nothing else we could do for you."

"Doctor, I'm a kid. I just want to live my dream and talk. I wasn't going to give that up."

"I'm sorry but there's nothing else we can do. We'll get the discharge papers."

"Wait, nothing?" I asked. "So what's going to happen?"

"Yes, nothing. And chances are.....she's not going to make it."

Sarah's POV-

I paced around the Take Six bus as we told the guys what happened. I was so angry, yet so sad--I just wanted to curl up and cry. The guys offered every bit of love they had, and I appreciate that. I went to the back bedorom and punched the bed, punched the pillows. I heard the talking stop and heard someone cough. It was Jenna, she was standing in the room.

"Look, this is hard but--"

"Jenna, you heard that doctor. There's nothing we can, nothing. So why fight?"

"This is coming from the girl who risked her life for me." she said. "And would and probably has done the same for us."

Tears filled my eyes. "I can't understand why this health stuff keeps happening to me!" I said, sitting on the bed, crying. Jenna grabbed her guitar and sat on the bed. She started playing it, then sang.

"I feel heavy, I feel weighted." she started to sing. I listened to her sing the song, and I realized....I can overcome this.
