*SMUT WARNING!*

Hayley's POV

Chad and I ran through the hospital doors as fast as we could and stopped at the main reception.

"Hello how may I help you?" The secretary asked.

"Our son, Rider, has been in a car accident."

"Okay," the lady said as she typed the info into her computer. "He's in room 340 on the 3rd floor. You may have to ask his nurse if it's okay for visitors at this time."

"Okay, thanks so much," Chad said as we hurried to room 340.

After what seemed like endless walking through corridors we finally arrived at Rider's room.

"You his parents?" The nurse asked.

"Yeah. Is he okay?"

"Yeah he's fine. Just a few cuts and bruises here and there and a slight fratcher in his arm. He'll need to have a cast on for a few weeks but it's nothing to be majorly concerned about. We've taken some tests and he is still very healthy, he'll just need a lot of bed rest."

"Okay. Can we see him?"

"Yeah sure you can."

Chad and I walked into his room and he was fast asleep. His face had cuts all over it and he looked so hurt. I know it wasn't major but my mom insticts wouldn't make me stop panicking.

"I just wanna hold him," I whispered to Chad.

"Me too. He was probably so scared."

We sat in the room and whispered to eachother for about fifteen minutes before hearing his small voice.

"Momma," he whined. I don't think he knew we were there because it was a whine of desperation, not a call of excitement. "I want momma."

Chad and I walked over to his bed, startling him with our sudden apperance.

"Momma," he cried as he held his arms out to me.

"Hey buddy," I whispered as I held him tight.

"I want daddy too," he mumbled quietly.

Chad wrapped his arms around both of us and kissed Rider's bruised forehead.

"Is this going to delay the process?" He asked.

"I don't know, sweetie. It shouldn't do. Well have to talk to your social worker."

"I hurt," he whined.

"Where abouts?"

"Everywhere. I hurt everywhere. Am I gonna die."

Chad and I laughed at how dramatic he was.

"No, baby, you're not gonna die. They did some tests on you and you're perfectly healthy, you just have a lot of cuts and bruises." I said.

"Okay. I'm hungry."

"Do you want a happy meal?" Chad asked.

Rider nodded.

"Okay, you want anything babe?" He asked me.

I shook my head and he left to get Rider's food. The nurse came in with Rider's x-rays and showed me the picture of the fracture.

"Now it isn't fully broken such is good but he will have to have a cast on his arm for a few weeks. It won't be as long of a process as an actuall bone breakage such is good."

"Okay, did the police get the drunk driver?"

"Yeah he's at the station now and the person who was supervising Rider at the time is writing a statement."
