Every Kingdom Hearts fan should know these words. The moment when Sora received Kairi's letter, which led him and Riku back to the Realm of Light. As sweet as this letter sounds, it may seem confusing. This is how I translate the letter.
On Day 4 of the game during Roxas's playthrough, Kairi said that she wrote that letter to the boy she couldn't remember (Sora), telling how she feels about him. The hints are in the first two sentences of the letter. She thinks about him, misses him, and hopes that they would one day reunite again. Where Kairi says, "Now I will step forward to realize this wish," it's her saying that she's tired of being the one waiting for them, the one sitting along the sidelines, and wants to join her friends in the journey and fight alongside with them. To me, this hints her role in KH3.
The second half of the letter reflects the game as a whole. It's a never ending journey to many worlds, and all these worlds are connected by one sky, one destiny. Sora.
