Warning it's in DEEP DETAIL (Major Spoil Alerts)

The chapter begins when  Kairi first came to the Island, she was lying on the beach asleep with Sora standing over her. She opens her eyes ever so slightly as she remained lying on the floor. Sora looked confused and was curious as he asked her where she came from.

Then we have a time skip that jumps us to the start of the 1st Kingdom Hearts.

Sora is found lying on the beach dreaming of and Kairi accuses him of slacking off. He denies the accusation.

Sora thought to himself as he questioned if what he experienced was all just a dream. Sora follows Kairi to the raft and looks at it's shape in amazement. Riku looks at the two of them and states that he did most of the work while his two best friends slacked off. He went to the assumption that the two of them were feeding each other Paopu  Fruit.

Embarrassed by the assumption Sora calls him out on it. Riku replies with that he was just kidding and stated that Sora had a short temper.

The sat on the raft in wonder if they would really find another world, what it's like, what will they experience, hoping that they'll figure out where Kairi is from and how and why they're on the island in the 1st place.

Riku then states that it's because of Kairi that they believe that there are other worlds out there and they wouldn't be doing any of this had she not came to the Island. They would be stuck living the rest of their lives in the unchanging scenery.

Sora then looks over at Kairi in wonder of what she had behind her back. She then states that she's making something cool and then shows it to them. It was a necklace made of Thalassa shells and then began to to tell a story about how sailors would wear them. Sailors would wear them and pray for a safe trip and no matter where they went, they'd come back one day.

Sora then begins to kick his feet and making a splash and tells Kairi not to worry. Sora then walks further into the water away from the raft holding his flag up. Sora and Kairi then call him back to the raft to leave. He looks back over his shoulder and walks back to the raft. Riku then calls out his name and tosses him a paopu fruit. Then states that if two people share one, their destines will be intertwined, and that they would be a part of each other's lives no matter what. Asking if Sora would try it out first before they leave. Riku teased asking if he should try it out first, and Sora looked at him wide eyed with an weird out expression. Kairi then called them over to go back and Riku took walked away.

Overall it's exactly what you would expect from our three main protagonists of the story and I love it.

Up next we have Disney Castle where Donald has King Mickey's letter in hand and running for dear life to wake up goofy. He finds goofy resting in the garden screaming his name. Donald then, zaps goofy with a thunder bolt. Goofy asks Donald what was all the fuss and Donald told him that the king was gone and that no one else should know.

Over hearing the conversation Queen Minnie and the Duchess Daisy were then in shock. Donald realizes that the queen was listening.

Inside of Disney castle Minnie then reads the letter. In the letter the king asks for Donald's forgiveness for leaving so suddenly and mentions of a war that will arise so he had to leave immediately. King Mickey also states that the stars that are going out are apart of the disaster and that the problem must be handled no matter what the cost.

Again, it's exactly what you would expect considering any kingdom hearts fan who's played the games would know, or read the manga themselves.

Now we're back to the Island with Sora holding the paopu fruit in hand, he blushes, then throws it on the ground stating how stupid it was and then lied on his bed and throws the covers over him saying goodnight.  Where King's voice over of the letter still continued saying as the king, I have a request for you and goofy. Somewhere, there is one who holds the "Key" to this problem and that he wants them to go with him. He goes on to tell them to find Leon in Traverse Town. In shock Queen Minnie asks what on earth was going on and the door was opening  While Riku spotted darkness on the Island and his mouth was opened by the impact of seeing the darkness overcoming the Island.

The 1st chapter was very well thought out and it follows the main theme of the beginning of the video game very clearly overall I give it a 5 * rating Haha.

I cannot wait for Kingdom Hearts 2.8 to come out, I've already Pre-ordered the game I just need a damn release date for when I can pick it up. Lol The only thing that bugs me about the beginning of the video game and the manga is the part where Donald zaps the shit out of Goofy. It's funny but also at the same time very uncalled for.

Until next time!
