Eren X Levi. Ereri

Chapter 5

Eren's POV:

I was soon discharged from the hospital with minor long lasting injuries, none of that mattered though all I really could think about was how gentle Levi was, it was a whole new side of him I had never seen that in him before.

He was always the big bad tough boy. Never smiling and never laughing, always on the job. Never distracted by anything or anyone.

Do I have a chance? Even a slim small chance?

I ran my hand through my hair as I made it back to my dorm.

Did I really turn into a titan again? Will I get in shit now...I know I'm not supposed to turn unless Levi or someone in high authority knows beforehand...

Yep I'm screwed.

I opened my dorm door and flopped on the bed. I was exhausted. I soon fell into a confused and restless sleep

I was woken up when the door slammed open and someone stormed in

"Eren wake up!" Mikasa shook me, "its dinner time now"

I mumbled and turned over, pulling the covers over my head "ill be there in a minuet" I yawned

"You better" Mikasa walked out and I sat up in bed, rubbing my eyes. I walked out of my room when I changed into a new uniform, I made my way to the dinner hall. When I walked into the hall everyone stared

Until someone else came in behind me and they all looked away quickly, I turned my head and saw Levi. His mere presence commanded the room. He looked at me and nodded

I saluted, "Levi sir" and walked to the seat where Mikasa and Armin were. "Hey guys what happened on the field" I said as I sat down, Mikasa shot a look at Armin

"What is it..." I said warily, I noticed Levi had left just as quickly as he had came

"Well...when Levi saved you...more Titans came. They killed a lot of the teams, Levi came back of course but he was too late" Armin said when Mikasa looked away

I bowed my head, there were deep grey clouds accumulating outside

Levi took his time to help me instead of the others...

Its my fault that they died

Its my fault that I wasn't strong enough

"EREN" Mikasa snapped her fingers in front of my face when I wasn't responding

"What what why what" I stuttered, breaking my daze, "guys I'm going to go for a walk..." rain started to patter against the windows. I got up and walked out of the hall without another word

I walked for a long time, I don't know where I was walking but I eventually ended up in front of the music room once again, soft piano music was coming from the room

A sense of Deja vu  coursed through me as I walked into the room again, rain was spitting on the windows as I saw Levi moving his fingers over the piano keys gracefully, his eyes closed and his black hair fell in front of his strained features.

He almost looked like he was crying

But there were no tears

Levi... I walked forward and was about to clear my throat but he turned his head

"Eren" he said quietly, stopping his playing. The room fell silent, it was almost scary how quiet it was. The only sound was my heart beating and our breathing

I broke the silence "You are very talented" i said hesitantly, I blushed and looked away.

I never blushed

What the hell Eren you just gave him a compliment he didn't even say anything

"Thank you" Levi said softly, "how are you feeling" he stood up and walked towards me

"I'm ok, and you?" why this small talk?

Levi made his way over to me and stood in front of me, looking up and folding his arms over his chest. "I'm alright" he looked away then looked back, so quickly that I barely noticed. I don't believe you.

I hadn't noticed how close we were until I could feel Levi's breath ruffling my eyelashes and washing over my cheeks

My breath came faster

"Eren...im sorry" Levi said

He pressed his lips against mine, my breath hitched as I kissed him back. He seemed surprised that I did, he moved his hands to my cheeks and deepened the kiss  and my hands slithered around his waist

He broke the kiss off, looking at me. Shock lined his face

"what are you sorry for" I said, Levi removed his hands from my face and neck and backed away, my hands fell to my side loosely

Levi ran

Levi ran right out of the room and down the hallway, leaving me there to stand there wondering if that was just a dream or if that was reality.
