"I feel lost again but this time for the best." -Gregory & The Hawk, For The Best

I wrote those lyrics on my arms during the Speak Now Tour. Sweet memories, memories that I can only look back on now, never relive.

Touring makes me happier, no matter what the circumstance. I wished I was touring.

Ed was still on tour, it's only been one month. We've FaceTimed a lot, but it's nothing compared to seeing him in person.

It's March now, and I've got to get a lot of photo shoots done and keep recording and find my lead-off single for my new album.

I keep thinking that I should go and visit him, but would it be too much trouble? I had a busy enough schedule as it is... But maybe going to Europe might give me some more inspiration for some more songs?

Yup, I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna visit him.

I called up Scott. "Hey, Scott. Um, listen. I need to rush to Europe for a few days, I might get inspiration for new songs and trust me, I'll be thinking of a theme for the photo shoots for the new album." I spit out as fast I could.

"Whoa, whoa. Hold up, girl! Europe? To visit Ed?!"

"Pfft, no,"

"Tay,"

"Yes." I admitted and blushed.

"Oh, I guess. I might as well let you have happiness once in a while. Have fun, but not too much fun, ya know,"

"Yay! Thank you so much!" I jumped up and down and dragged my suitcases out of my closet. "Talk to you later!" I hung up the phone.

I packed my enough clothing for about 4 days, knowing I wouldn't dare stay that long. Might as well be prepared.

I stepped onto my private jet, carrying Meredith in my one free hand.

"Mere, we're gonna go see Ed!" I exclaimed as she just stared in disgust back at me. "Oh, I see how it is..."

She meowed back at me and I laughed. Oh, Meredith.

The plane ride felt like forever, but it was totally worth it. I walked out into a rainy day in London, it was about 10 AM.

Ed was taking a small break from his gigs. He was playing another one in two days. He was staying at his flat. Wait... I DIDN'T EVEN TELL ED I WAS COMING! Oh, well... I guess it'll just be a surprise.

I walked up to Ed's apartment, looking like a ragged, old tourist. I rang his doorbell.

"Hello?" I heard a groggy British accent pick up.

"It's Taylor." I whispered in a mysterious voice.

"What?!"

"Ed, seriously. It's Taylor," I giggled.

"Seriously?"

"Seriously."

"I'm coming downstairs to see..." he stopped picking up the intercom and I heard the door unlock. I was standing awkwardly in the street, covered in raindrops.

He opened the door, looking scared (just in case I was lying and I was actually a serial killer).

"Oh my god," he grinned, engulfing me in a huge hug.

"Hi!" I exclaimed, leaning into a very passionate kiss. I'd missed that spark.

"I can't believe you're here!"

"Neither can I!"

"Come in... These people are staring at us weird."

"Alright," I giggled and ran up the stairs with Ed to his apartment.
