I have absolutely no idea where our second spot is. I think it through. We're on a moped so we can't be going too far. He told me to wear something nice so kind of formal maybe. Honestly, there's not a lot to do around here. I'm thankful I grabbed my jacket because on the bike with the wind whipping it gets pretty chilly. It's not a long ride out of town to Paw Print State Park. We get there and I ask Eric why where at a state park. All he tells me is that I'll see.

Hand-in- Hand we take the short hike up to the overlook and I kid you not. It is one of the prettiest sights you will ever lay eyes on. When we're almost to the curve around to the overlooking rock, he puts his hands over my eyes. He wants it to be a surprise.
With his guidance, I make it without breaking an ankle.

When he takes his hands off of my eyes I almost well up with tears. He has a picnic blanket perfectly spread out on the one flat rock. He has little bowls of fruits, desserts, and a pitcher of some kind of fancy juice that I can't name but looks really good. I stare at his beautiful set up and then look back up at him.
"Oh, Eric. Thank you. So much. It's wonderful."
"Anything for you Sunny." He says like this was all no big deal.
"I just can't believe you would go through all this trouble for me." I say as he takes my hand and leads me over to the blanket. He doesn't let go once we've both taken a seat and look out at the beautiful Pennsylvania valley stretching out be for us. I put my head on his shoulder and let brushes the stray hairs out of my eyes.
"Well, did I bring it all out here for us to look at it? Let's have dessert."

I was right about he juice, it's amazing but not quite as good as the little mousse ball thingies and the strawberries; chocolate covered of course. All i can think of is that Rylan's never done anything like this for me. It's a selfish thought, I know but the thing is that my kind of 'debate' up have going on in my head is that who do I really love most? I mean really love most?

How do I even know where to start in that area of thinking? I've never been in a relationship and now I'm in two. I've never really talked to any boys other than Rylan until I met Eric. Well, okay I have one friend who's a girl. Her name is Katie. We were kind of destined to be friends I guess. It seemed that ever science sixth grade (the first year at the highschool/middle school) we stemmed to be in every project together and she also became one of my other Student Section friends.

My mind randomly wanders to this subject and I completely miss what Eric is saying to me.
"What? Sorry. Kinda zoned out." Wow. That sounded bad! "I mean um... the view is so pretty that... I uh... just got caught up in it... I guess..." I sputter out. He looks at me with a disbelieving smile.

"Sunny, I'm not an idiot. I know you were thinking about Rylan."

"That obvious huh?" I ask a little embarrassed.

"Yeah. It is. It's bothering you isn't it?" He asks.

"Um... well a little. I'm just thinking."

"About what?"

"About what happens when school starts. About all the girls that will come flocking to your side all eager to date the cute new boy. About my only friend in the world that's a girl, Katie. About how you'll have to unjust to being a Northern Hamilton County Tiger instead of a... You know what? Why don't you tell me about you old school?"

"Okay, we were the Marino Valley Mustangs. Our colors were red, orange, and blue. I loved the student section. We were "famous" of our music program. And a surprising thing about me, I Eric Nicholas Collins won the school talent show and attended National Chorus" It's true I am surprised. I just never thought of Eric as a music type guy.

"Really?" I ask.

"Yeah. I did. You may not think so but this guy" he points two thumbs towards himself. "He can sing"

"Oh yeah? Well could you... Um... give me a little demonstration?" I ask hopefully.

"You want me to sing?" I nod.

"Please."

"Well okay. What do you want to hear?"

"Whatever you'll sing."

"Okay. I guess I can sing a lullaby I know." He says as I slide a little closer as if I couldn't hear him from a foot away. He clears his throat and begins.

"Deep in the meadow
Under the willow
A bed of grass
A soft green pillow

Lay down your head
And close your eyes
And when they open
The sun will rise

Here it's safe
Here it's warm
Here the daisies guard
You from every harm

And here your dreams are sweet
And tomorrow brings them true
Here is the place where I love you

Deep in the meadow
Hidden far away
A cloak of leaves
A moonbeam ray

Forget your woes
And let your troubles lay
And when again it's morning
They'll wash away

Here it's safe
Here it's warm
Here the daisies guard
You from every harm

And here your dreams are sweet
And tomorrow brings them true
Here is the place where I love you

Here is the place where I love you

Deep in the meadow
Hidden far away
A cloak of leaves
A moonbeam ray

Forget your woes
And let your troubles lay
And when again it's morning
They'll wash away

Here it's safe
Here it's warm
Here the daisies guard
You from every harm

And here your dreams are sweet
And tomorrow brings them true
Here is the place where I love you"
