-Levi's POV-

"Your Highness!" Isabel burst through the doors, "Princess Mikasa is here!"

I quickly got up from my chair and tossed on my red cloak. Following Isabel down the steps and many hallways of furniture, I laid my eyes on the beautiful Princess Mikasa. She rode on horseback from her palace to mine. How dedicated....

"Prince Levi!" The girl elegantly stepped down from her horse to the hard cobblestone below. A soft  tap left the ground as she took her steps down away from her horse. Farlan had been supporting her, making sure at least she wouldn't fall.

"Are you alright?" I quickly rushed down the quartz stairs to the palace to the Princess.

"I-I'm fine," she muttered, still tired from her long ride.

"Were there not any servants to accompany you?" I said in a worried tone. Something about her made me feel safe, but whenever she didn't feel alright, it affected me too. To be worried for someone else was usually a fantasy for me. But for her, it was a completely different story.

She collapsed into my arms and her eyes began to close. "Mikasa!" I cried, shaking her. I knew immediately she was out cold. Quickly, I flipped her over and carried her bridal-style over back up the steps. "Farlan!" I yelled, turning back around, "Get me a medic!"

Isabel ran up to me, helping me carry the Princess to my room. She was not as heavy as she seemed, but still had that bodily, steel build to her that made her seem indestructible. I placed my hand on her forehead, feeling her smooth skin which was heating up fast.

"Is she alright?" Isabel was just as worried as I was, dashing into my room.

"Running a fever, quickly heating up. She needs immediate medical treatment." My voice was sturdy, quickly analyzing the situation.

"Your Highness!" I heard Farlan's voice behind me, bringing in a girl with short, white hair.

"Who is this girl, Farlan..." I growled, casting a downward glance at the girl Farlan had just brought in.

"Rico Brzenska, Your Highness, Prince Levi," She kneeled before me and bowed her head in respect. Her attire was a black dress and ruffled apron along with a small satchel which I had assumed were bottles of antidotes.

"She is the new medic, Your Highness," Farlan nodded toward her, then looked at me, "I do hope that she satisfies your every request."
