I hear the jail door open and see Aphmau with the others. Travis was hiding behind Aaron, shaking.
"Travis why are you shaking?"
"N-No reason."
"I scared him when he touched my butt. Lucky for him I didn't feel like running.."
"So I ran for no reason...?"
"Yeah, your face was hilarious though!"
"Guys I'd like to speak to (F/n).."
"Okay, we'll be upstairs."
All the boys go upstairs leaving me and Aphmau alone.
"I know we got off on the wrong foot, but we needed to make sure you weren't an O'kasis spy. And my way of saying sorry...is asking you to stay in the village."
"A-Are you serious?"
"Very."
I hug her, I actually felt tears streaming down my face. Why though?
"I'd love to stay here!"
She hugs me back and wipes away the tears.
"Why are you crying?"
"Because I'm happy.."
I guess that's why I was crying. Aphmau must've heard me crying because I was wearing my cloak again. We stop hugging each other.
"So....your a wolf hybrid?"
"Y-Yeah.."
"Aren't you really, really strong?"
"Yeah...I'm better with a sword or bow and arrow though, I'm a great shooter.."
"Neat! Hmm.."
"What is it?"
"If you wouldn't mind it...you could join the guards!"
"I-I haven't fought anyone in so long...I don't think-"
She cuts off me speaking by hushing me.
"Then you'll just need to train.."
I smile at her, not that she could see it. I pulled my hood down as a way of saying 'thank you'.
"Your eyes...are green? Weren't they yellow before?"
"Heh...they change colour depending on my mood.."
"Wait- GARROTH, LAURENCE, DANTE, AARON, TRAVIS!!"
They all rush downstairs and look at Aphmau.
"Yes?"
"Watch (F/n) for a few minutes! I'll be back in a minute!"
"It would be our pleasure.."
"Oh no...APHMAU IF YOU TRULY CARE FOR ME DON'T LEAVE ME WITH THEM!!"
I pull my hood back up, they are NOT touching my ears again.
"Sorry (F/n)! But they're the only ones that can right now!"
With that, she runs off somewhere..someone please help me..
"Heyyy babyyy."
"Aphmau, please help me..."
I stand in a corner, shifting in place.
