-Chapter 9 My Josh-

"Ni....." that made me stop dead in my tracks. What? The only person I ever let call me that since......since camp was Josh. JOSH DEVINE! That's where he's from! I looked at him. "You.....you... And two years ago... And....JOSH!!!" I hugged him so tightly he started choking from lack of air. "Fucking Josh Devine! I knew it was you!" he smiled at me. The best feeling ever returned to my stomach since 2 years ago. All he had to say was "Hey Ni it's good to have you back." I had lost it when he said that Does this mean he's still gay? Will he want to be with me again? I had so many unanswered questions going through my mind, but I couldn't find the words to say. Just blankly looking at him and I wanted to kiss him and hug him but nothing happened. He finally broke the ice.

-Josh's POV-

"Niall you....you forgot about me didn't you?" he froze looking at me. I think he forgot and was afraid that I'd be mad about it to tell me. I prodded again "Niall?" he finally woke up out of his trance. "I....I did I'm sorry." he said looking down at his feet. I wanted to do everything over with him again at that very second but I needed to know if he was still gay. "N-Niall?" I asked. He looked at me and I swallowed hard and continued. "A-are you still g-gay?" Right away I saw his body language change. He went from shy and sad to a little bit happy excited. He smiled and said "Yes Josh I am." My heart skipped a beat when he said that. I love him and can't believe he was still gay. I wanted so badly to snog the life out of him but his constant starring was sending my emotions and feelings over the edge. I started to cry. "I-I can't believe you are still gay. I missed you so much." He smiled at me as I cried on his shoulder.

"Joshie sssshhhh I'm here. Don't cry." I ran my hands through his hair and pulled him into me. "Niall can I kiss you?" He looked up at me and if by instinct closed his eyes and leaned up just as I leaned down. Our lips met and I became lost in the moment, not letting anything come between us. The kiss seemed to last forever but at the same time it ended to soon. He pulled away and I thought I had done something wrong but he smiled which was a good reaction. I smiled back at him. "Niall that was the best second first kiss ever!" I said quite excitedly. He smiled at me and said "Josh will you be my boyfriend?" I looked at him and smiled "Of course Niall, you were my summer love and now I am honored to be your boyfriend." we talked the rest of the night and ended up falling asleep in each others arms under the stars.
