───ALICE WAS UNABLE TO FORGET what Hogwarts looked like as the image of the castle had always found its way into the back of her mind since her eyes first fell on it. Back when she had popped out of the rabbit hole, hoping that she was going to find Margaret only to be sorely mistaken. The castle itself was remarkably beautiful on the inside and the outside as she had been able to observe during a brief period of time when she was allowed to venture in until the Ministry arrived. However, to see it again, she was left with a different feeling, perhaps it was due to the nerves she suddenly felt. There she was, about to embark on another adventure in a world that had become completely foreign to her as time went on.

She had been born in the wizarding world but the amount of time she had spent in Wonderland, she felt like an outsider quite often. Not to mention, Alice had come back to a completely different time period than the one she had left behind. People she had known were dead, while she had barely aged in comparison to the ones that were still around. She suddenly didn't feel so welcomed in her own world despite being in the company of people that seemed to like her. The Weasley twins and Lee Jordan had made it clear that they believed her to be a friend and unfamiliar world, she was definite need of friends.

When the Hogwarts Express finally came to a halt at the Hogsmeade Platform, the four could hear voices outside of the compartment calling for the students to exit. Fred and George seemed to be more than excited to hop off the train and make their way to observe everything with Lee following behind them closely. But Alice took her time, stepping off the train with the White Rabbit. Off in the distance, there was a loud voice calling all the first year students over, but Alice found herself nearly stuck in place glancing around. It was hard to see beyond the trees, yet she could still make out the illuminated scene of the Hogwarts castle resting among the mountain landscape in the background.

The only other castle she had ever visited, belonged to the Queen and the King of Hearts. Definitely not written down to be the most pleasant experience during her time in Wonderland. The Queen of Hearts was never a pleasant company to begin with from what Alice could vividly remember. She was the embodiment of fury, often using her personal favourite threat of having someone being beheaded if they managed to make her angry. Alice had managed to do so on several occasions during her stay in Wonderland, but fortunately for the sake of her head, the creatures of Wonderland seemed to favour her over the Queen, sparing her life each time.

One of her most memorable moments shared with the Queen of the Hearts involved Alice playing a match of croquet with her. She had played a couple of times among her own family, mainly with her father on warmer afternoons, but nothing had prepared her for the match against the queen. Finding herself having to use a flamingo as a mallet and hedgehogs as the balls, Alice had great difficulty playing. However, it also didn't help that the entire match was rigged from the beginning. The hedgehogs moved in the direction that would favour the queen and the arches were replaced with the card guards, who would quickly adjust themselves to help the queen score.
