When (y/n) got home she started to get what she needed to surprise him, so she decided to take five more tests, them coming out positive as well, then she put them spelling 'hi', with blue and pink ribbon around it. When Paul came home to see that he picked one up to see a '+' sign and looked though the rest and when he put the last one down he ran to find (y/n) who was in the kitchen cooking dinner. He ran up to her and spun her around then kissed her on the lips. He then mumbled against her lips...
"I can't wait for the extra addition."

As soon as (y/n) got home, she got a piece of card and wrote 'you're going to be a DAD!' She also took a picture of herself holding up the pregnancy test she did and put in on the card and left it open for when Sam decided to show up home. When Sam came home and saw that, he then immediately went to find her. But he didn't have to look far as she had fallen asleep lying across the sofa with a book next to her. He went and picked her up and carried her to their shared bedroom and placed her on there bed. He joined her and kissed her forehead, then went to sleep, but not before saying...

(Y/n) went to the bakery before she left the mall to get two cupcakes, one with pink icing and the other with blue icing. She then added 'you are going to be a dad' sign. She put it on the kitchen with a note saying 'To Jacob' on top on the box they were in. After that she left to go and have a bath and while she was in there, Jacob had come home and have since it. He walked over to it to see what it was and opened it once he saw that it was to him. When he saw 'your are going to be a dad' he dropped the box back onto the counter with a big thud, which caused (y/n) to come running in with her pjs on.
