Been seeing this a lot lately. "CTTO" (apparently meaning "credit to the owner") is not properly crediting the work to the owner...IF YOU DON'T MENTION THE NAME OF THE OWNER.
If you want to properly credit the photo, drawing, story, or art, to the owner, you must look up the "attribution guidelines" of the work. Usually nakalagay ito sa copyright page ng libro, o sa liner notes ng CD, or sa website nung original na gumawa. Minsan may rules pa rin kahit libre at hindi binebenta ang ginawa. Minsan ay may penalties at damages lalo na kung ang work of art ay main source of livelihood ng gumawa.
