"REIKI!!" Everyone shouted at the Fernandes boy. He cringed but stood up for himself.
"Nova... For the longest time I've been in love with you... And now that... You're getting married to... To Gale!" He walked closer to her but Gale stepped right infront of him, his face dark and full of anger.
"Yeah, she's gettin' married to me. You may be family but don't think I won't rip you to shreds!" He grabbed the collar of Reiki's coat and pulled him into his face.
"Calm down sweetie..." Levy spoke as she inched closer to her son.
"Shut up mom! This puny redhead is ruining Nova's big day!" He growled. A true gentleman, putting Nova's needs before his own.
"Puny?!" Erza roared. "He is a Fernandes my son is not puny!"
Gajeel got upset too. Well he's certainly taller that that shrimp of a kid, get him out of here!"
Over to your left you saw Mirajane and Laxus with death in their eyes. Erza— even during pregnancy was no where near as scary when Mira got mad.
"EVERYBODY SHUT UP!" The demoness bellowed and the room fell silent. "MY DAUGHTER IS GOING TO MARRY THAT BOY AND NO ONE IS GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO STOP IT!" She seethed.
Nova beamed with pride at her mother but everyone else was terrified. Even Gale.
But Gale let go of Reiki and Jellal dragged his son out of the cathedral, followed by Erza and Rosemary.
"...Ahem." The priest began. "Anyone else have any objections?" He looked around. Nova put a general hand on Gale's red cheek and his face softened and he smiled at her and pressed her hand against him with his. She really was the beauty to his beast.
"Then I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride." The priest smiled as their lips crashed together and the thoughts of Reiki suddenly vanished from everyone's head as you rejoiced the pairing.
Even Mira was back to her seemingly normal cheery self and that made Laxus terrified. He stood away from his wife and eyed her as he clapped.
"What are we going to do with all these rebellions?" Lucy shook her head.
"I really don't know..."
