Noong ako'y iyong hinagkan?
Panaginip lang ba
Noong tayong dalawa'y naglambingan?
Panaginip lang ba
Noong ako'y nasa iyong piling?
Panaginip lang ba
Noong pinatulog mo ako ng mahimbing?
Ang mga alaala ko sa'yo
Ay gumugulo sa isip at puso ko
Kung panaginip lang ito
Sana'y gisingin n'yo na ako.
Translation:
Was it just a dream
When you kissed me?
Was it just a dream
When we were being so sweet?
Was it just a dream
When I was in your embrace?
Was it just a dream
When you tucked me in so gently?
My thoughts of you
Are troubling my mind and heart
If this is just a dream
I wish someone will wake me up.
