A void of hopelessness is pulling me
A vast ocean of darkness is drowning me.
A hurricane of emotions whirling inside me
A smiling face is all you will see.
A jolly laugh is all I will give
A quiet chuckle is all you will receive.
A sullen whisper in the wind, you will not hear
A rolling tear, joining the fear.
