At Korea airport,
"Steph, it's your turn." Tiffany's father slightly push the girl infront of the queue.
"Oh.. sorry." She smiled forcefully and handed her boarding pass to the counter staff.
"Are you feeling alright?" Michelle brushed Tiffany's hair adoringly.
"Mm.. yeah.." Tiffany faked a smile before looking out the window panes.
She is thinking about the same particular person again. He did not contact her ever since Jisook told them about it. Tiffany wanted to find Jisook and asked how she could contact Taeyeon since Jisook seems to know more about Taeyeon whereabouts. But she stopped her tracks. She thought back and knew Taeyeon is obviously avoiding her. Even if she gets to contact him, he will run away, again.
She has to give up and let Taeyeon live his life. If he is happy, she will be happy. She tried to live hers as normal like before she met Taeyeon but she can't. She relied on Taeyeon too much. Everything she did in her daily life, could remind her about Taeyeon.
How can I feel happy if you're not with me? - Tiffany thought to herself as her hand trace the bracelet on her wrist. The bracelet is a couple bracelet Taeyeon bought for them. Well, actually Taeyeon hate this kind of girly stuff but Tiffany pestered him that day when she saw these blue and pink bracelets. He bought them back on their 100th day of relationship.
"Dad would want you to make friend with someone in LA. He is a really good.."
"Dad, I'm tired." Tiffany wore her headphone and closed her eyes. She knew her dad is going to introduce some heir to her. He has been pushing her to get to know more heirs after Taeyeon left. But she has never once wanted to be friends with any of them, let alone marry anyone else except Taeyeon.
Michelle slightly shook her head at her father, signaling him to stop talking about boys. Her sister knew how hurtful is it for Tiffany to end a relationship that she doesn't want and yet their father kept forcing her on finding a new one.

Once the Hwang family reached LA, a tall and buff man approached them, holding a board which writes "Hwang".
"Mr Hwang!" The man waved enthusiastically which caught the family attention.
"Julien!" Michelle ran towards the man before Mr Hwang and they took turns greeting by hugging. But someone is in her own world, walking as slowly as possible.
"Steph, why are you walking so slow?!" Michelle reprimanded her younger sister but Tiffany ignored her as she continue to tap on her phone. "Steph, this is Julian Kang. It must be the first time you guys met."
Tiffany flipped her back and looked up. "Woah.." Julien muttered the moment he saw Tiffany but immediately swallow the lump in his throat. "H-Hi.. I'm Julien." He smiled and slowly reach out his hands.
Tiffany looked into his eyes then his hands, she saw how he smiled to her genuinely but she looked back at her phone emotionlessly. Julien smile awkwardly back to the rest of the family as he took back his hand that previously wants a handshake but sadly got rejected by Tiffany, and changed of topic immediately by offering help with their luggage.
"Steph Hwang, don't be so hostile to Julien." Michelle whispered as the ladies follow the men behind as they walk.
"I don't even know him."
"Then get to know him. I'm quite close to him when I was in LA, he is a really great guy and FYI, he is Kang Jewelry Group's heir."
"Again?! Can you guys stop with the heir thingy?! It's really annoying. I do not want to marry any heir okay?!" Tiffany snapped and stormed into the limousine. She sat right next to the chauffeur which got everyone at the luxurious seats behind surprised.
"Hmm.. Stephanie's rather quiet. Is she okay?" Julien asked.
"Love problems. Just let her be. I'm sorry about her attitude." Michelle said apologetically.
"No, it's alright. I hope she will feel better once she meet her brother."
"She needs to get back on her feet and stop being so stupid for a guy." Mr Hwang said to no one but Julien and Michelle heard his firm tone.

The night in Japan,
"Oppa, please please please?!"
"No. Hayeon ah, I told you not to date this guy and now you're going to accept him?!"
"But he is really nice. Look at all the gifts he gave me!" Hayeon pointed to the corner of the room where she placed all the gifts from her suitor.
"I can't trust him. I told you I saw him throwing money to the girls in the pub right?"
"He is rich, it's common for him to give some tips."
"Rich fags." Taeyeon scoffed. "Whatever, if you're going to date this rich kid, then good luck."
"Alright kids, stop chattering. Come over and eat." Their father said.
Taeyeon and Hayeon obediently walked to the dining table and sat at their usual seats.
"So.. you're gonna take music as your major?"
"Yes dad." Taeyeon replied.
Ever since Taeyeon reunited with his family. They have been getting along quite well. Taeyeon knew it was his wrong to always find fault with his father and his soon-to-be stepmother. He is trying to accept his family now and be as mature as he can be. "I really hope you will be serious with your studies now. No more fighting, lazing, girls.."
Taeyeon heard the word "girls" and immediately think of Tiffany. He shook it off and cut his father from continuing, "I promise, dad. Can we just eat?"
Mr Kim then looked at Hayeon and continued, "Hayeon, what is the commotion about earlier with your brother?"
"Er.. nothing." Hayeon smile sheepishly, hoping her father won't ask further. Taeyeon just shook his head at Hayeon.
"Are you dating?" Their father asked directly, sensing something weird.
"No dad, no!" Hayeon immediately lied.
"Well, you can date but make sure you get your priorites on studies first."
"Yes dad." Hayeon felt happy that her father didn't object. Taeyeon felt cheated. His father is so against his relationship with Tiffany and Jisook previously, after few months in Japan, he became so generous to Hayeon dating. "Oppa could date too right?" Hayeon smirked and winked at her brother.
"He just got here, I wouldn't want him to get distracted.. yet." Sadly, his father didn't changed at all. He still wants Taeyeon to be a real man before getting into a relationship. He has high expectation of his son
"Yeah, I wouldn't want anyway. Don't worry." Taeyeon assured his father and again, a particular girl came to his mind again.
