Libby was not in the best of moods. Her morning had started unreasonably early, and then design class had to suck because the instructor was in a bad mood, then there was the whole issue with Suho. As Suho's running partner for the student elections, she had to deal with making sure their campaign ran smoothly. Suffice it to say she was not in the mood to listen to Hyun Ae whine about how annoying Sehun was being. Even though she claimed to be annoyed by his behaviour, Libby knew that Hyun Ae was secretly happy Sehun was paying so much attention to her.

She wanted to tell the other girl to put a sock in it but she didn't have the heart to say so, besides Hyun Ae always listened to her whenever she needed to get stuff off her chest. So being the awesome friend she was, she just listened and made the right noises when necessary when all she wanted to do was walk into the cafeteria and indulge in the macaroni and cheese, with extra cheese. Screw her diet.

However her mood soured further when she walked up to the counter and saw the three people responsible for giving her extra campaign work behind the counter.

"Libia, long time no see!" Said Chanyeol with a wide grin on his face.

"It's Libby, and I just saw you in the Headmaster's office an hour ago." She deadpanned. For some reason Chanyeol always insisted on calling her by her full name which annoyed her to no end.

"Why are you guys serving lunch?" Hyun Ae asked before it dawned on her. "Detention?" she asked.

"For the next month. Aren't you glad you'll be served lunch by three handsome guys instead of a grumpy lunch lady with facial hair." Chen asked with a smile.

"No." Libby said.

"Aww c'mon Libby. I know you love us." Baekhyun smiled.

"Yeah. She won't stay mad at us for long. Especially since we're having a Back to School party this Sarturday." Chen said.

"You're coming right Libia?" Chanyeol asked.

"Libby. And can you actually do your job instead of blabbing. We're holding up the line."

"What line?" Baekhyun asked. Libby looked back, he was right. It looked as if most of the lunch crowd had passed.

"So are you guys coming or not? I know Sehun will definitely be there." Baekhyun said with a sly look in Hyun Ae's direction, "It would be the perfect time for your 'break' to come to an end." He said making quotation marks on the word break.

"You guys know about that?" she replied mortified.

"Everyone knows about it," said Chanyeol before turning his attention back to Libby, "So since Hyun Ae's coming you're coming too right?"

"She never agreed to going." Libby said. "Now give me my food and don't be stingy with the cheese."

"Fine. But just in case, here are you invites." Chanyeol said taking out two invites from the pocket of his apron.

"And save us seats at your table. We'll be done here soon." Chen said.

"You make it sound like she's queen of the table." Hyun Ae said with a roll of her eyes.

"Queen Libia. That has a nice ring to it." Chanyeol said with a goofy grin.

"Shut up daddy long legs!" Libby snapped. She was thankful that her complexion didn't really show when she was blushing.

"Daddy long legs?" Chanyeol asked bewildered.

"Would you prefer Yoda instead? Since you insist on calling me Libia, it's only fair I give you a name as well."

"But Libia is your real name." He countered. Baekhyun and Chen laughed and Libby was pleased that she managed to throw Chanyeol off his game. Suddenly Baekhyun's mood sobered.

"Guess who's coming this way." He said to Chen. Chen's smile disappeared instantly an unreadable emotion clouding his face.

Libby thought that it might be Fatima since that was the only person who'd put that kind of expression on a person's face. What she did not expect to see was a laughing AJ walking towards them with a baby faced boy. AJ hadn't spotted Chen yet and instead of leaving, Libby waited to see how she was going to react when she saw Chen. She still couldn't believe these two had dated right under her nose.

AJ only showed a mild surprise at finding Chen behind the counter much to Libby's disappointment and mumbled a shy hello to Chen. Surprisingly Chen also blushed and also mumbled a shy hello back. Chen wasn't the shy type.

"Awkward." The boy AJ was with and Baekhyun sang.

"Shut up Jimin!" AJ snapped at the same time Chen said "Shut up Baekhyun!"

Chen and AJ seemed to forget there were other people around as they held each other's gazes. Libby and Hyun Ae exchanged a look. These two were obviously not over each other.

"Let me guess, Mexican pizza?" Chen asked and AJ nodded.

Suddenly Libby got a great idea. If these two wouldn't get back together themselves, she'd lend a helping hand.

"Hey AJ, wanna seat with us at lunch?" she asked

"WHAT?" the beagle line and Hyun Ae asked.

"She can't!" Chen said. When everyone looked at him he said, "I...er, I mean she always sits with Jimin and Suga right?"

"Yep." Jimin said making a popping sound. "She can't seem to survive a day without seeing this cute face." He said.

AJ rolled her eyes. " Sorry Libby,I'd rather eat with these guys." She said grabbing her pizza and getting ready to leave. Libby wasn't about to give up though.

"Wait." She said grabbing AJ's arm. "Here," she handed her the invite Chanyeol had given her. "You're invited. And you can bring your friends too." She winked in Jimin's direction. AJ looked at the invite dubiously before mumbling a thanks and dragging Jimin along with her.

Once AJ was out of earshot, Libby turned to Chen.

"You can thank me later. Let's go Hyun Ae." And she walked over to her usual lunch table.

"I apologise for her, she doesn't know the meaning of privacy." Hyun Ae said before rushing after Libby to scold her for butting into people's business.
