13. Hospital Wing

"Lovey?" I opened my eyes to see that I was in a bed, but not my bed. "Where am I?" I say opening my eyes a little wider. I tried to sit up but someone pushed me back down. "The hospital wing." I saw a smiling Severus looking at me. "Oh 'hello Severus." I smiled back. "Ello Lovey, how are you feelin'?" he had a concerned look on his face. "Okay yeah," I say sitting up finally. "They found you passed out in the forbidden forest, um and you were, well, naked," he said awkwardly. I had a look of horror on my face, what if they found out what I was and kicked me out. "Do you remember what happened last night," He asked me looking me in the eyes with all seriousness. "Well, I was talking with James and then-" he cut me off with a gasp kinda. "He hurt you didn't he? What did he say, How did he hurt you, I'll kill him." he got angry and stood up from the end of my bed. "No, no he didn't hurt me, Severus," I say grabbing his hand and pulling him to my side. "Why were you talking to him?" he asked looking at me with anger. "We're friends Severus why are you getting angry?" I asked. he rolled his eyes and pulled his hand out of my grip. He was about to say something until the call of my name interrupted him. "Lovey are you okay? oh 'hello Severus." Remus said with a smile. Severus rolled his eyes and ignored his remark. "Yeah, I'm okay Remus." I smiled. "LOVEY I'M SORRY I'M SO SORRY LOVEY I'M- what is he doing here," James said running into the hospital then stopping and looking at Severus. "I'll see you later Lovey," Severus whispered as he kissed me on the forehead and began to walk out of the hospital. "Watch it," said Sirius as he bumped into Severus. "What was he doing here?" James spoke pointing towards the door Severus walked out of. "He's my friend. He doesn't yell at me about who I am," I remarked glaring at James. I looked away from him and at Sirius. I then remembered what James had told me and smiled at him. He kinda blushed and smiled back. I had never seen anything like it. it was adorable. "well I appreciate you all visiting me but I'm really okay," I say. They began to walk out one by one.

"Peter couldn't be here but he might come by later." Remus said before walking out.

"I'm so sorry Lovey," James said. I gave him a nod and a smile before he walked out.

"um, ha hey," Sirius said rubbing his neck.

"Hello Sirius," I say smiling.

"um how are you feeling?" he asked.

"oh um, I'm alright."

"That's good, um I wanted to apologize for how I've acted around you lately," he said with his hands behind his back. "I don't understand what you mean?" I say scrunching my eyebrows together. "Well, I'm not normally grumpy and grouchy but up well," he paused then took a deep breath and spoke again. "I've never felt like this about anyone, and I don't know how to act around you. I'm normally really loud and obnoxious." he giggled. "Oh um well I'm flattered," I smile. "I was just wondering if you wanted to get to know each other more and maybe hang out and stuff like that." he blushed. "Yeah, that sounds great!" I say a bit too enthusiastically I might have scared him but he just laughed. "Cool, well, feel better Grey," he says patting my leg that was under the blanket. "Thanks." I breathe quietly as he disappeared out of sight. Sirius was so freaking cute. He's like a puppy. (pun intended)

SIRIUS POV

I walked out of the hospital and I couldn't stop smiling. I had to tell the guys. I ran up to the common room to find all of them sitting on the couches, including Peter. "Hey, where have you been?" James asked making all the guys look at me. "Oh I don't know, asking Lovey Greyback on a date," I say with all the confidence I had. "And...?" James smiled. "She said yes." I saw Remus look down at his feet but I didn't think too much of it. how could I? I've got a date with Lovey. "YOU GO PADFOOT!" James tackled me to the ground making me laugh. I hadn't been this happy all summer. "Yeah, nice one Sirius," Remus said throwing on a fake smile. I gave him a confused look as he got up and walked up the spiral staircase. "Ignore him, he got a bad grade in transfiguration, funny right, because he transfigures every month. I suppose McGonagall's giving him a hard time." Peter said. "Yeah suppose," I say still looking towards the staircase.
