Lovey's POV

As soon as I heard my name being called Grey I knew who it was. But the amazement I was in when he told us he didn't see anything. He was milliseconds away. "I was just told you met my cousin tonight" I sighed in relief. "Um yeah haha I did shes cool," I wasn't sure what to say. Sirius began to notice how close James and I were sitting which caused James to scoot over a bit. "Sorry I interrupted.." he said with a look of confusion. He gave us one last glance and returned to the common room where the other two boys were playing a match of wizards chess. "That was way too close James," I sighed rubbing my forehead. He just stared at me, his mouth slightly open. "I can't stop Lovey," he whispered. He then grabbed my face and moved his lips to my ear. "I'm addicted to you." The slight breath against my ear sent shivers down my spine. There was something about James. Something that tugged at my interest. "Who says you have to stop?" I teased. I can be a real flirt when I want to be and I'm not committed to anyone right now so I might as well have fun with it. Turns out James ate that line up and bit his bottom lip taking in a long draw of air and releasing it. "Bloody hell Lovey you're gonna drive me mad," he said scanning my body. "Being mad is fun," I said with a smirk and then mirroring his lip bite. He began to lean in but I walked away. I don't wanna be too easy. Boys love the chase. He caught up to me and gently grabbed my shoulders pushing me against the nearest wall. "What am I gonna do with you?" He smirked continuing to scan. "Who says you're gonna do anything," I placed my index finger on his chest and pushed him out of the way so I could continue my walk back to the common room. This time he didn't chase after me he just stared. I could feel his eyes on me all the way to the common room. When I walked in even more eyes followed me. "Glad you lot could join us," Peter hissed. I scrunched my eyebrows together with confusion. "Excuse me?" I hissed back. This caused Peter to look back down at his chessboard and go silent. "Where were you guys?" Remus asked in his usual kind tone. "We um-" "We were just talking about our history of magic assignment," James butted in. Thank goodness. "You know, the paper." He finished. "Right well I'll be off," I exclaimed. "If you need me I'll be in my room" marching out of the common room. Do I feel dirty for snogging James, no. Should I? Probably. Of course, I care about every one of those boys. But it's not my fault I want to fool around with both of them."Wait up Greyback," I heard from behind me. It was Sirius, I looked at him and I felt sad. I shouldn't have gone behind his back as I did. then again, we're not dating. "I was wondering if you wanted to have our date tonight," he smiled. I couldn't help but smile back. "Sure I'd love that," he had this excitement in his step that I couldn't help but blush. "Excellent I was thinking we could go into Hogsmeade," he exclaimed. I frowned a bit only because the last time I was there it wasn't the best experience. "Or not you know If you don't want to," he changed his mind after noticing my frown. "I just haven't had the best experience in Hogsmeade that's all, sorry," I said looking down at my feet. "Hey," he said picking up my chin, "it's no bother I've always got a backup plan," he said with a smirk and a wink. I began to worry. what if I break up their friendship. it's almost inevitable now though. I just can't stop myself.

I was in my dorm getting ready for my date with Sirius when Lily came in. "Hey, have you seen my- oh? Where are you headed," she said as she looked my outfit up and down. "I've got a date," I blushed. "Oh really with who," she now was fully focused on me. It seemed as if she was expecting a specific answer. "Sirius," I whispered looking back at the mirror. She didn't say anything but sighed in relief. "Something wrong Lily," I turned around to face her. "No actually, I'm just relieved you didn't say, James," she giggled. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at her with confusion on my face. "I never thought you liked James though," I start. I don't want to have bad blood with my roommate but she shows no interest in James. "We all love being chased after Lovey, you would know. Anyone I found it," she said waving her book and walking out. I felt a bit angry. Was she making fun of me? I decided to brush off what she said for now because I don't want to ruin my time with Sirius. I was dressed in just a plain black long-sleeved dress and a pair of black boots with my white ruffled socks poking out just above my ankles. It wasn't too dressy but also not too casual. I felt butterflies in my stomach but it may just have been that I was hungry. Sirius had told me to meet him at the top of the astronomy tower. I've never been to the top but I knew how to get there so I started walking. The walk wasn't too long and it was nice to be alone for a second. I was just about to approach the stairs when a familiar face peeked out of the shadows. "Severus!" I yelped giving him a big hug. He had wrapped his arms around my waist and I then realized how much I've missed his hugs, I missed seeing his face. "Where are you headed Lovey?" He asked as he scanned my outfit. I knew he didn't fancy my friends so I hesitated. "Well I have a date," I blushed. He huffed. "With who?" He said looking at his black shoes. "Uh well-" I stutter until I was interrupted by a familiar raspy voice, "Grey! He- what is he doing here?" Sirius appeared on the stairs. He glared at Severus. "Oh I was just leaving," Severus said storming off. "That was a bit rude don't you think?" I asked crossing my arms. "You look beautiful Grey," Sirius said changing the subject. I just blushed as he reached out his hand for me to grab. I placed my hand in his as he led me to the top of the tower. Sirius was mysterious and sexy and I wanted to get to know him more but what am I supposed to do about James? "I thought you would fancy this," Sirius blushed as he waved his free hand to the picnic he had set up on top of the tower. "Oh Sirius how cute," I smiled at him. He smirked back. We sat and talked for a long time. The sun had gone down and we were now closer than ever passing a cigarette back and forth. He explained his family and about his brother and cousins who attended Hogwarts as well. It was a nice time and I had a lot of fun. I felt I could tell him anything. But I wasn't going to. "Thanks for this Sirius I really needed it and I'm glad we got to know each other a bit more," he blushed as he smirked his signature smirk. It all happened so quickly but also in slow motion. With his right hand, he touched the side of my face and placed a gentle kiss upon my lips. It was the perfect kiss. I gave him a soft smile as he backed away. I eventually made my way back to my room and laid down on my twin-sized bed. It was time to think. But I didn't wanna think. I wanted to act.
