So for those who don't know about the Indian ceremonies, here it is...

A traditional Punjabi wedding has numerous functions that lead to the big day. It begins with the Roka ceremony.
Roka comes from the word 'rok' in hindi, which means 'stop'. It is a small get-together of families of the girl and the boy to announce that they have now stopped looking for a match for their daughter / son. It involves exchange of gifts, jewellery and sweets such as fruits, Indian sweets or dry fruit (meva).

Approximately a week before the wedding the sagai ceremony is held. First, the girl is draped with a chunni (stole), which is usually very ornate. In some families this chunni is a family heirloom, passed down from generation to generation. She is also presented with jewellery, which her mother and sister-in-law help her wear. A tiny dot of henna paste (mehndi) is applied to her palm for good luck, and the function is sealed with the exchange of rings. Everyone present congratulates the couple by feeding them sweets.

Everyone was teasing Navya while she was just blushing, She took the bag quickly from Sakshi & ran to her room.. Everyone laughed at her state then went to their respective rooms to get ready.

Nandu - "Guys let's change our dresses then we'll meet at Navya's room with our jewellery & make-up"

Alya & Mukti in unison - "Okayy"

They all got ready & came to Navya's room.

Three of them said in unison - "WOW!"
