Bad Boy Works On A Farm

Chapter 11

Recap:

 I have a boyfriend and I have a feeling that he won't be my next heartbreaker. I soon fell into a dreamless sleep.

When I woke up I felt warmth all around me and I soon saw a masculine arm around my waist. I looked up and it was Adrian. He was still sleeping and I didn't mind it except for the fact that I really needed to pee. I nudged him. He didn't move.

"Rian wake up!" I whispered.

"Mmm" 

"GET UP!"

He just mumbled something and went back to sleep. I huffed and with all my strength pushed him off the bed. He landed with an 'oof' and groaned.

"Why did you do that?"

"Cause you wouldn't wake up!"

"Whatever."

"Why were you in my bed?"

"I couldn't sleep last night so I just came in here."

"Oh ok. So are we going to tell everyone or not?"

"I don't think we should yet. Let's wait a little because they might freak out since our rooms are almost right next to each other."

"True. Alright lets keep us a secret."

He walked over to me and pecked me on the lips.

"Now get out because I need to change and pee."

He chuckled but walked out of my room. After I was done getting dressed and of course peeing I went downstairs where everyone was eating breakfast. 

"Hey mom, dad, Alex, and Adrian."

They all said their hello's and I started eating. We had eggs and bacon today which was really good. I finished eating and put my dish in the sink.

"Thank you mom it was delicious."

"No problem sweetie. But you owe me details."

I groaned but went outside anyway to start on my chores. I was putting new hay in for the horses when I felt arms around my waist.

"whatcha' doing?"

I turned around to face Adrian.

"What does look like I'm doing? Of course I'm eating pickles." I said sarcastically.

"Be thankful for stupid people babe 'cause without them you wouldn't be smart. You are just to sarcastic for your own good."

"Thank you Adrian."

"You're welcome-Hey! That wasn't nice."

"How about I do something nice then?"

"And what's that?" He questioned getting closer to me.

I pecked him on the lips.

"There. That was nice. Now you gotta finish up everything by youself because I have to help Annie get ready for her date."

He pouted like a 5 year old.

"You're leaving me alone? But I'm going to miss you."

"Awe poor baby. You can deal with it."

I kisses his cheek and ran out of the barn. I quickly got into the truck and drove to Annie's house. I came there and she ran out and we started squeling. 

"Oh My Gosh! You have a date today!"

"Yeah! But are you sure you're okay with it? He's your brother after all."

"Yes I'm totally fine with it. 

"Okay then let's get ready for my date!"

"Yup."

 We got in my truck and drove all the way to town cause we had enough time to get her something really good. We were at the mall for 4 hours and then we finally went home after we found the perfect outfit for her. I knew where Alex was taking her so I knew what to pick for her date. We found a gorgeous Black strapless dress because Alex was taking her to town for some fancy dinner but of course she didn't know that. She got dressed and I did her hair and makeup. We were finally done and she had 10 minutes left so we said our goodbye's and I left home while she waited for Alex. 

I was really happy she hadn't asked about my date or Adrian because I hate lying to my best friend. I got home and went up to my room. It was already 7:00 p.m. so I was tired. I closed my eyes for a second until I heard my door open.

"Can I come in?"

I smiled.

"Of course you can mom."

I sat up and she sat next to me.

"How was your day sweetheart?"

"It was great me and Annie went shopping and had a lot of fun."

"That's great."

It was silent until she spoke up again.

"I'm going to miss you Kat."

I was confused for a second but then I realized I was leaving to L.A. with Adrian in one week. I hugged my mom.

"I'll miss you too. But I have to do this."

"I know and even though you and Adrian aren't exactly best friends I'm happy he's going with you."

I smiled a little guiltily because she had no idea that we were dating.

"Thanks mom. He actually isn't that bad we're sort of friends now."

"Thats great Honey. Well I've got to go clean the kitchen but you spend as much time on the farm as you can this week okay?"

"I will. I love you mom."

"I love you too sweetie."

She walked out and I got up to take a shower. After I was done with everything I went to bed. It had been a long day.
