The person at the cafeteria door attracting all the attention and arousing all the whispers was no other than Mia Lopez with her brand new nose.

I had no idea her suspension was over. Damn it had been too short. Okay it had been 2 months but seriously that's too short a time period for someone like Mia. Mia's eyes met mine and her eyes burned with loathing. I smirked at her knowing it would piss her off and it did. She started walking towards me with determined steps. I put my tray on the table and stood casually with my arms crossed on my chest waiting for her to approach me.

"You better watch your back bitch you'll pay hell for what you did!" she snarled like a wild animal.

"Now now looks like somebody hasn't had enough suspension time. What did Principal Carter say about bullying, Mia?" I said as if speaking to a 5 year old kid.

Mia's face went red, her fists were clutched tight and she was breathing hard. If this was a cartoon there would be steam coming out of her head right now and she would have exploded into tiny pieces. Just the image of that made me laugh which did nothing to calm down Mia's boiling rage. I was well aware that I was getting to her and she looked ready to kill me. Someone wasn't very good at controlling their temper.

"Now since some of the boys here missed having your easy little ass around I'll do them a favor and try not to have you suspended again but you gotta cooperate with me so I suggest you turn around and walk away. How does that sound?" I taunted.

I wasn't always a bitch but that doesn't mean I didn't have an inner bitch. I was a girl after all, we are all born with inner bitches. There were not many people in this school who had the nerve to set Mia in her place hence I was doing the whole school a favor. I see me being bitchy to Mia as social work for the school.

Mia was angry and looked half crazed with rage but she made no move to do anything or even retort back. She was well aware of the consequences of causing trouble on her first day back. She pretty much had no choice but to retreat just like I had suggested.

I knew everyone in the cafeteria was watching the little show. Some were snickering, others were shocked. There was a multitude of expressions on display.

Once Mia walked away I casually sat down on my table and started eating lunch as if nothing had happened.

"Bad ass chicka is back!" Said Derek with a whoop.

I tried to glare at him but ruined it with a smile. It was pretty funny seeing Mia seethe I won't deny.

"Boy am I glad I'm not a girl. Being on your bad side is not pleasant." Said Connor with a shudder.

"My best friend rocks!" Said Casey proudly. She and Liz hated Mia almost as much as I did. But I was Mia's arch nemesis not them.

The rest of the day was pretty uneventful for me.

Yesterday was Tuesday but it was a holiday. The school was excited. It's not often we get off days from school.

The gang and I were planning on maybe going to the beach or something tomorrow. It would be a shame to waste the holiday at home.

"Stac wait up!" I heard someone shout my name and I stopped.

It was Henry, Nate and Jacob another one of Henry's friends.

"Hey there celebrity, got time to stop and talk to us commoners?" I teased Henry.

"Says the bad ass chick whose the talk of the school." Henry teased back.
