Part 7

The next day Cheryl was allowed to go home but on the condition she didn’t work throughout her pregnancy, the drive home was silent Cheryl just kept thinking that Kim hated her for what happened , but this is what Kim’s always wanted a family Cheryl just wishes it was under different circumstances

The car pulled up into their drive and stopped they both sat in the car still in silence until Cheryl put her hand on Kimberley’s leg did Kim look at her

“Babes I know you probably hate me or I don’t know but I want us to be a family you me and the baby I want you to be the baby’s mummy  not just an auntie it’s what we have always wanted but I just wish it was under different circumstances “Cheryl said to Kim

“Babe I don’t hate you I could never hate you never and I know I wish it was under different circumstances but what’s done is done, we can make it work I promise, you will make a fantastic mam and yes it is what I’ve always wanted I’m happy really I am I promise” Kim smiles with tears in her eyes not once did she think Cheryl would her to be a mummy to the baby she thought she be an auntie like the rest of the girls.

“And you, you’ll be a great mum babes I know” Cheryl replied with a dimpled grin, Cheryl lent forward to Kim and gave her a loving kiss on the lips before saying

“I love you so much kimba”

“I love you too baby” Both girls got out of the car and into the house they both went to the kitchen Cheryl sat down on one of the stools while Kimberley made tea then Cheryl remember something

“Oh my god we have to tell the girls and me mam and your family”

“Well Nicola already knows she was at the hospital with me and you should probably ring your mum later and ask her to come over I will phone my mum later and tell her then we can call Sarah and Nadz and ask them to come over I’m pretty sure if I tell Nadine its important she will fly over” Kim said with a smile playing on her lips

“Okay that sounds good but what about the press?” Cheryl said worrying about what people will say

“Well we could release a statement about our relationship and then when your 4 months release a statement that you’re pregnant how does that sound?”

“It sounds like a plan baby I will call Hilary now and ask her to put out a statement to the press “Cheryl said walking to the hall way to get her phone and go in the front room to phone Hilary

Kimberley was doing the tea whilst thinking about what the press would say about their relationship then she thought what would her family say about her and Cheryl starting a family so many thoughts running in head but she put all the back of her mind as she walked into the front room with the tea

“Okay thanks Hilary bye” Cheryl was just ending the phone call as Kim sat down and past Cheryl her cup

“What did she say?” Kim asked

“Well she kept asking me if we were sure about releasing a statement and that we should lay low for a couple of days” Cheryl replied

“okay should you call Sarah and Nicola to come over and I will ring Nadine but you will have to say to nic we are telling the other girls so she has to act surprised”

“okay then babes” Cheryl gave Kim a kiss on the lips as she went upstairs to call the girls whilst Kimberley phoned Nadine.   Part 8

“Alright girls” Sarah said as she walked through the door

“God someone get me a drink my mouth is as dry as Ghandi's dry old flip-flop” she said as plopped onto the sofa

“Alright Sarah make your self at home and I will get you that drink” Said Kim laughed  as she walked to the kitchen just then the door went

“I’ll get it” Cheryl said when she opened the door there stood Nicola and Nadine

“Hey girls you's okay” Cheryl said whilst hugging them both

“Yeah I’m good” said Nicola as they walked to the front room

“Yeah me too just a bit jet lagged” replied Nadine

Kimberley when walked in with a tray of five teas she handed out the cups and sat herself down next to Cheryl     

“So come on then I’m dying over here waiting for you two to tell us what so important we all had to be here” Sarah laughed

“Ever thought we might want to see all our best friends together?” Kimberley replied all Sarah did was rise an eyebrow at her.

“Well the reason we called you over all too together is that me and kimba have some news for you all” said Cheryl with a dimpled grin

“Oh yeah what’s that then” Nicola said even though she already knew

“Me and kimba well we are…we are having a baby” Cheryl said as she waited for their response

“OH my gad” Nadine rushed over and hugged both the girls as did the other two girls

“Wait which one of you are pregnant then?” Sarah asked

“Cheryl is” Kim said she looked at Cheryl to ask she could tell the girls the whole story Cheryl simply nodded. So when Kim had finished telling the girls the story the first one to speak was Nicola

“I can’t believe your doctor didn’t notice you were pregnant! I mean he is trained to notice stuff like that, what a nob”

“Ha Ha yeah I know but what’s done is done “said Cheryl she was just happy the girls were all happy for them .

“When are you going for your scan then babes? “Asked Nadine

“On Monday” replied Cheryl

“awww” all the girls said at the same time

Kim lent over and gave Cheryl a small peck on her lips and saying

“I love you”

I love you too baby” said Cheryl with a dimpled smile

For the rest of the afternoon they spoke about the baby and Sarah and Nadine’s wedding
