Parts 25+26

Part 25

Nicola parked the car and got out the doctors and nurses came rushing over she rang the hospital before hand to let them know and to get everything ready for cheryl she opened the passenger side of the car and cheryl was still in great pain and sobbing her heart out

"right get her in the wheelchair" one of the nurses said they helped cheryl out of the car and into the wheelchair they rushed her in as nicola was walking in the hospital she rang the other girls to tell them what had happened as she guessed kim had not thought of it as she was too worried about cheryl

the doctors had got cheryl onto a bed and got the ultra sound equipment out they placed gel on cheryl's stomach and moved the sensor around until they could see the babies

"right the cords are wrapped around babies neck we need to do a emergency C-section"

"wait kimberley's not here" cheryl said crying

"she will be here soon" as nicola said this kimberley pushed through the doors

"kimba!"

"its okay baby I'm here"

"kim I'm so scared the cord is wrapped around both their necks"

"its okay babes they will be fine I know it"

"right we have to move her into the operating room now to get the babies out" the doctor said they began moving cheryl. Cheryl kept a tight grip on kimberley's hand while nicola stayed in the room

"Right we are making the first incision you may feel a little scrap on your lower stomach

"it will be okay baby they are getting our babies now "

"I'm scared kimba what if their not okay"

"baby don't talk like that it will be okay"

The doctor got their first little girl out

"there's you first little girl" the doctor said holding up the little baby so the girls could see and they heard their little girl cry out

"she's okay she's okay"

"she's fine baby see" kimberley said kissing the younger girls cheek

"Now we are going to get the other baby out" the doctor said to them 3 minutes later and they heard another cry of a baby

"and there's your other little girl" the doctor held up the baby girl for the women to see Both babies where checked over and wheeled into another room

"where are my babies kim where are they taking them" cheryl asked worried

"I don't know baby they are okay though" kimberley said squeezing cheryl hand a little tighter

Cheryl was now in a room of her own with all the girls there and her mam the nurse came in to talk to the girls

"your babies have been took to the special care unit as they are 3 months prem you can go and see them if you would like to?"

"yes please" cheryl said kimberley helped cheryl into the wheelchair and they went off the special baby unit

once inside they were took to their little girls cheryl let out a gasp

"oh my god they are so small kim" cheryl said looking at her daughters

"I know baby but they will grow big and strong just like you they are fighters" kimberley said looking at their daughters

Cheryl put her hand into the tiny cot and put her finger into her daughters hand she let out a tear when she felt her little girl tighten her grip around her finger.

"Charlotte I want to name her charlotte" cheryl said looking down at the tiny baby

"that's a perfect name baby" kimberley said kissing the Geordie on the cheek cheryl then walked over to the other tiny cot which held their other  baby daughter

"and I want to name these little one scarlotte"

"that's perfect too, our two perfect babies" kim said smiling cheryl smiled back with her dimples on show

"they are so perfect they are so beautiful" cheryl said

"just like their mam then" kimberley said

both the women spent awhile with their babies until they had to go back into cheryl's room

"but mam they are so tiny like really tiny"

"babes they will be they were early" joan said to her daughter

"chez they will be fine" nadine said

"yer they will be out of here before you know it " sarah added in that moment the doctor knocked on the door and walked in

"so cheryl everything seems fine with you, you just need to take it easy as to let the scar heal but apart from that everything is fine and you can go home tonight" the doctor finished with a smile

"what about our babies?" kimberley asked the doctor

"well they will be in the special care unit for a few weeks as they cant breath by themselves but they are growing strong with each second"

cheryl breath a sigh of relief at this said but she is still worried about her little girls

the doctor left the girls at that point

"see pet they are getting stronger they will be fine" joan said cheryl let a little smile play on her lips

"we can see them before we leave yeah baby" kimberley said

"yeah that will be nice" cheryl replied.

Part 26

Both girls arrived home after bringing charlotte and scarlotte home from the hospital 3 weeks after they were born

"babes bring the girls upstairs with you I have something to show you"

"okay baby" cheryl said carrying both the car seats holding both of their daughters

Kimberley stopped outside the room furthest away from the stairs when cheryl came up behind her she opened the door and stepped inside the room

"come in baby" kim said to cheryl

cheryl walked into he room and gasp the room was all pink with two pink cots in the corner and two pink little wardrobes with the name charlotte on one and scarlotte on the other

"wow babes  this is amazing when did you find the time"

"well last week when we was at the hospital with these two little ones your mam and the girls helped out by painting and buying the stuff for the room" kim looked at cheryl and smiled

"awww babes thank you and I will have to phone the girls and me mam and say thanks to them too" cheryl said placing the car seats on the floor and going up to kim hugging her and kissing her on the lips

"I think we should put the little ones in their cots"

"okay baby you take charlotte I will take scarlotte"

Cheryl picked up baby scarlotte and walked over to the cot with the name scarlotte on the front of it and placed her daughter inside while kim did the same with charlotte in her cot which had charlotte wrote on the front of the crib

"aww look at them they are soooo cute aren't they babes"

"indeed they are babes our two little angels"

Both the girl walked out of the room quietly as to not wake the babies up and went into the living room and switched on the baby monitor and sat down and cuddled and watched some TV.
