Chapter 9: The Push

***Raph's POV***

-1 day after meeting April and Casey-
              Raph and Casey were texting, and Raph didn't like this subject but he knows how stubborn Casey at times

Puck Face

Raph: Casey this is stupid

Casey: I don't care bro, I know you do

Raph: You don't know what the hell you are talking about

Casey: Yes I do
...........
Raph: So what should I do?

Casey: Stupid, you know what you need to do

Raph: Well shit....

***Normal POV***

Raph shut his phone off and sat there on his bed.
"UGGHHHHHH!!"
Raph yelled out throwing his head back hitting his pillow
He saw you open the door and peak in.
"Raph? You good? Ya sound like you're kinda dying."
She asked
Raph only covered his eyes with his forearm and nodded his head letting you know he was ok
           You could sense that he wanted to be alone
So quietly you walked out and headed to the kitchen where the other turtles and April were seated.
You came up and put your elbows on the counter top, resting your head in your hands
"I think something is bothering Raph."
You said to the others furrowing you eyebrows
Donnie put down his book and looked at you raising a nonexistent eyebrow
"(Y/N) I hate to tell you this, but something is always bothering Raph."
You glare at him
"smart ass." You mumble under your breath
April giggles, obviously hearing what you said
She then looked at you reassuringly
"I'm sure it will blow over soon."
               You nod for a sec then start shaking your head
You weren't ok with just letting things "blow over"
   "But what if he.....or like.....I don't know, I just feel like I should do something to help."

"(Y/N) these outbursts of his are normal you can't always do something." Leo said matter of factly
You pouted making him feel bad
He looked at you for a few seconds then threw his hands up groaning
"Fine! Just please stop pouting, you're making me feel like I just kicked a puppy." Leo said in defeat, chuckling slightly.
       You smile deviously and give him a hug
      "I'm think I'm gonna cook something." You said then left

You walked to Raph's door, and you could hear him pacing around and something else. Talking maybe?
It was somewhat quiet like a low grumble combined with a Boston accent, you pretty sure he was ranting to himself.
You took a deep breath
And knocked on his door quickly
The grumbling stopped
"WHAT!" You hear Raph yell
"What's your favorite cupcake flavor?" You said quickly almost yelling.
He stopped pacing and everything was quiet for a couple seconds
"Vanilla." He said simply
You said a quiet thank you and went back to the kitchen no one had moved
You went to their pantry to see if they had any cupcake mixes. They did. In fact they had 7 boxes
You shook your head, not even wanting to know why, then grabbed the vanilla flavored one.
Thank god Mikey loves to bake, so they have all of the ingredients you need, well not the frosting though.
April was quick to offer help
"I can text Casey and we can get some frosting for you and anything else."
You wrote down some things and thanked her.

The cupcakes were in the oven with only 9 minutes to go.
You and Mikey watched the cupcakes you two made together in the oven

They were out of the oven almost fully cooled down and you were still waiting for the list of things you needed.
Just then April and Casey walked through the lair, Casey carrying 2 bags and April with 1
You ran up and hugged them both
You went up to the now cooled cupcakes and grabbed the one that looked the best. Then you put green food dye in the frosting making it a nice green. After frosting the cupcake you grabbed the bag of taffy you requested and looked for a red one then placed it perfectly on top the frosting.
It was a perfect little Raph cupcake.
You looked over to see the 23 other cupcakes and you couldn't resist

When you finished the 4th cupcake you just had to take a picture of it
