I am not entirely sure on how I should explain Jaxon's reaction after I told him. Correction, after he guessed. He showed various expressions actually.

First he was happy, happy at the fact that we're going to have a pup. His words. He embraced me in a hug as he grinned widely and kissed me all over the face.

But then he suddenly got mad, mad at the fact that I kept this from him and he started to shout at me. That I should have told him and blab blab blab. Sorry but I didn't really listening just let him blow off steam by shouting at me.

But then he realized why I didn't tell him and he started to pace back and forth while mumbling about the premonition we saw and he freaked out. He said something about it being too soon, that we don't know where he is and that I and the baby is not safe.

Yep, that was how he reacted; happy, mad then freaked out.

And that was two week ago.

Now he's more excited but sometimes I can see how worried he is because he becomes quiet and I know he's thinking about how he should keep us safe.

Two groups of the warriors that Jaxon sent out has come back without any news on where Damian's whereabouts so we're hoping that someone from the two remaining groups have found something. The reason why we don't know anything yet is because you can't mind-link if you're too far away.

Every night I think about wanting to see something about him that can help us but it doesn't work. I see nothing. No premonition for weeks.

It's hard to catch a ghost.

Today, Jaxon and I is going to the pack hospital to do an ultrasound and see if the baby's healthy.

What if it has two heads?

I accidentally snorted because of that thought and I felt Jaxon stir then tighten his grip around me and pulled my back closer to his chest.

Yeah okay, maybe it doesn't have two heads... But what if something's wrong? That is actually a possibility.

I felt Jaxon stir yet again before I heard his sexy morning voice that I love hearing. "Morning babe" he said with his husky voice.

"Morning love" I answered softly.

I felt Jaxon move before something soft touched my nape where he had marked me many weeks ago. It feels like years, not weeks that we met for the first time.

"When is your appointment?" Jaxon asked groggy.

"Two" I answered simply. "You're going to be there right?" I asked slightly nervous.

"Of course" He said as he repositioned me so that I was lying on my back. Jaxon was lying on his stomach besides me as he moved the blankets away then pulled up my t-shirt and exposed my tummy. "Morning our wonderful pup"

"Baby" I corrected quickly as he kissed my tummy.

Jaxon chuckled against my skin before he pulled away. "I can't wait to see you, our pup" He said emphasizing on the word pup.

"Baby" I said again but annoyed. "It's a baby Jaxon."

"Pup" He said sternly as he turned his head and smirked at me.

I rolled my eyes. "Whatever."

"Pup" He chuckled when I sighed frustrated.

"You're not supposed to annoy me when I'm pregnant" I said as I pulled down my shirt. "You're just going to make me really pissed off and I don't think you want a hormonal mate who's carrying your baby to be pissed off" I said firmly.
