Could you be my one and only?

Chapter 2

He walked by me to open the door, when he did a fresh breeze of Axe Apolo hit me. 

"After you." He said with a smirk. When he smiled 2 dimples were revealed on both of his cheeks. Looked up into his bright green eyes which lasted longer than i thought because his cute smirk turned to a "What's wrong with you?" glare. 

"Oh thank you." 

I said when i stepped through the door catching another whiff of his cologne. 

"I think it's this way." I said confidently 

"Cool, thanks for showing me, this is my first day at this school. I'm originally from Dallas." He said

"Oh it ain't no thing but a chicken wing." I immediately regretted saying that. 

Jason smiled revealing his dimples again.

"I've been here for 2 years." I lied, but I didn't want him to think I was just here because he was hot.

"Oh, that's cool."

It got awkward. I could feel the tension in the air. I thought i'd break the silence with a total leap.

"Hey since you're new and you know. You don't know anyone, we should sit together at lunch."

"Sounds like a plan." He said with one last smirk.

"Cool! We can meet over there by the water fountains."

"Sounds good." 

I saw a sign that said A hall with an arrow and i knew that our time was coming to an end.

"There ya go. We're here." I said with fake happiness

"Hey thanks. So we're meeting at the fountains." He pointed a finger past me.

"Yep." I said as i turned.

"Alright. Bye May."

"Byeeee!"

I ran to the office and burst through the door. Lisa looked startled.

"Sorry i was just getting my bag for 2nd period."

"Oh, Okay have a nice day."

"You too." I managed to shout out before the door closed.

I turned left into the main-hall. I kept hearing Jason Wright in my head. His face was stained in my mind. My stomach was full of butterflies. I couldn't keep a smile off of my face. I turned onto the B hall and immediately into my class.

My teacher was an older lady, she was wearing a light blue dress and white sandals. Her blonde hair hung down to her shoulders. Her glasses sat on the brim of her nose, She seemed nice, which is good after that Mr. Smith incident. 

I sat in the back of the room like i did last period and zoned out. The tardy bell is what dragged me back to reality but i was only back for the woman to say "Hello, Im Mrs. Moon." Then I was lost in my mind again. The dismissal bell rang way sooner than i thought. And even sooner in 4th, then 5th then finally lunch.

I rushed down the crowded corridor and spotted him from far away. He was by the fountains like we planned. He had his right hand in his pocket and his left hand was fixing his puffy black hair. 

"JASON!" I shouted louder than I intended because 10 people turned around.

"MAY!" He shouted back. Making me smile like an idiot.

"You ready to eat?" I asked.

"Yes ma'am."

We walked into the lunchroom and saw every line was out the door.

"This su--..." I turned to see a missing Jason.

I looked toward the door and saw him motioning for me to walk over to him.

"What are you doing?" I mouthed

"Come here." He mouthed back.

I ran over very confused.

"What?" I questioned.

"Wanna go to McDonalds?"

"Uh Jason we're not suppoed to leavde the school."

"C'mon. We arent hurting anyone. We"ll be right back." 

I guess he's right.

"Okay what the hell lets go."

We bolted to his car making sure no one saw us. He ran infront of me and opened my door. I jumped in and thought to myself, "He will be mine... But how?"
