Epilogue

After the terrifying time that the world nearly fell into the hands of aliens a second time, the world never had to face the darkness of evil aliens ever again. Although there were still other bad characteristics of the world that couldn't be 100% fixed, it was still nice to know that aliens would never take over the world.

It was decided that the secret of Nathan being a Dubleka would be kept a secret. Nobody knew besides close friends and family, and it stayed that way for a while. They had decided to wait until they either died or grew old to begin telling others, especially the media. They wanted to live as peacefully as possible while they had the time to.

Life continued normally. Emma and Nathan continued dating through middle school and high school. Nicole and Tony also continued dating. Although they had a couple rough patches, they managed to get through them, making their love stronger. Ethan, Gavin, and Jess dated various people, but none of the relationships lasted.

Emma and Nathan ended up marrying each other while they were in college. Jess met a man named Keith while in college, and they married after graduating college. Ethan met a girl named Danni at the end of his senior year of high school and married her after college. Gavin met a lady named Charlotte after college, who he married. Adam married a man named Drake who he met not long after the Dubleka madness. Tony and Nicole married during college.

Emma and Nathan were blessed with one baby girl named Elizabeth, or Liz for short. Jess and Keith had three kids, two girls named Alex and Payton and one boy named Samuel. Ethan and Danni had two kids, twin boys, named Troy and Tanner. Gavin and Charlotte had one boy, named Lucas. Tony and Nicole had one girl named May. Adam and Drake ended up adopting a little girl from China named Janet.

Yes, everyone did live a happy life. But everything happy comes to an end eventually. Rose and Jake sadly learned that being transhuman wasn't genetic. They had to watch their loving children and best friends die. It was heartbreaking. It was even more heart-shattering to see everyone around them die. Although there were new people born every day, they knew they'd one day see them die too.

Living forever definitely had its vices.

Jake and Rose eventually got tired of seeing the people around them suffer. They hated watching them get sick with different kinds of diseases that they'd never experience, thanks to the Dublekas' transhuman experiments. It was torturous to see so much hurt, so much pain, so much agony. It brought them pain to watch it. They weren't excited at all that they'd spend forever watching that.

But... the Dublekas' experiments didn't fully work. Diseases were mutating constantly, and they eventually got stronger than the experiments of the Dublekas. Rose and Jake were now vulnerable, the transhuman effects weak to new diseases.

Jake was the first of the two of them to leave, at the age of 181. His body collapsed. His pancreas started failing. It resulted in pancreatic cancer, stage four. He suffered about half a month before his body shut down, with no chance of surviving after that. He lost his final fight and left Rose, along with their great-great-great-great grandchildren.

Not long after, Rose became victimized of disease too. About a year after Jake's death, Rose died at the age of 180. She had heart problems, including multiple heart attacks and heart failtures. Her heart one day completely stopped, with no chance of survival after that. Everybody thought it was because of Jake's death that she had heart problems, because she was completely heartbroken when he died. Rose left her family as well and ended her story.

Now what happened to Jake and Rose after they died? They were reunited with the voice of the afterlife, who Jake and Rose met once when the Dublekas nearly killed them. This time, however, it allowed them to go to their afterlife. There, everyone they knew and loved was waiting for them. Jake's parents and siblings, Rose's parents, their kids and friends, Luke and Tommy, Miranda, and the members of S.T.A.M.P. Everybody was finally at peace with their minds and were reunited as one.

Even though Jake and Rose were gone, their legacy lived on. Their final wish before they died was for their descendants to finally reveal everything. They shared Jake and Rose's heroic stories against the Dublekas. The whole world quickly learned what happened with the Dublekas and who saved them many, many years ago. Rose and Jake's quests were no longer secrets, and they became heroes for their journies. Not only that, but the story with Nathan, Emma, and the others made the entire family famous.

The true heroes, however, were Jake and Rose, the ones who started the entire journey and saved the world first.

For infinity, Jake and Rose would be greatly-remembered heroes. And the dynamite, that was their bravery, exploded into the atmosphere, making the world feel at peace and protecting everyone against the Dublekas forever.
