Brendon's pov
I tried to keep clear of Ryan. Its a bit challenging when you live under the same fucking roof. I feel idiotic for doing so. He's probably disgusted by me and my actions. That's why I am avoiding him. Because I'm scared.
'also because you're a chicken shit' I thought again to myself. Its been an entire two days since we last spoke. I really hope our friendship isn't ruined.------------------
Ryan's pov
I never thought I'd turn out this way. Ever. I loved woman. I loved the feeling of a woman's breasts in my hands. I loved their voices. I loved their curves and their soft skin.
Turns out Brendon happens to have the last two features on the list...Never did I think that I would be attracted to another man until he walked through the door the first day he auditioned. That man was Brendon. Ever since then I would only dream of his lips. Those perfect, plump lips. I wondered how they would feel against mine. I pictures his beautiful curves and how my arms would fit perfectly around them. How sexy the sounds he'd make when we made love. All of these thoughts flooded to me the moment I set eyes on him. But sadly, he was an amazing person who happens to be my best friend. Someone I do not want to lose. Whatever happened in the forest made me hopeful. It also inspired me as well. Our surroundings that day. The trees swaying, the animals in the shadows whispering in their own language only they could understand, the crickets obnoxiously croaking, the soft pillow the patch of clovers made. Our love and tension filled the air and I felt it. We are both just too scared to do something about it. I want to tell him it's okay. But I know if I confronted him he would deny. And I don't think I can bare hearing my only true love denying his own.
That's right. I said love.
For now I have to make sure everything is okay between us. He's been distant lately and I really need my friend back.
I walked down the hall to Spencer's room."Hey Spence." I spoke into the room.
"Can I come in man?" I smiled this time. Spencer shrugged."Of course." I went in and sat down next to him on his bed.
"What's going on?" I asked. There was something a little off about His usual smart ass attitude. He sighed and pursed his lips.
"Haley, she broke up with me." He said in a sad tone.
"Awe dude." I said, my voice filled with sympathy.
"Yeah I'm not suprised though, or too sad, I'm free right?" He said smiling this time.
"Of course dude, you're famous and in a band, I'm sure chicks are gonna be after you for sure now." I said laughing. "Now you'll know how we feel." I said still smiling.
"What did you need?" That's our friendship, we can read each other like a book. I smiled at him innocently.
"Can I have some pot?"

Brendon's pov
"Hey Brendon." I heard Ryan say from behind me. My stomach froze.
"Yeah." I said not turning around yet. I was in the studio with my guitar.
"Er... I was wondering if you'd come up to the roof with me...I have weed." He asked, his voice hopeful. God he knew my weakness. I gave in and turned around.
"Alright." I saw a flash of happiness come across his face.
"Through your room?" I rose up from the floor.
"Yep."

Ryan's pov
Well that was easy. We went upstairs to his master bedroom. The bed was unmade but that was the only thing out of place. What I always liked about Brendon was that he wasn't a messy person.
Once we were outside I knew this was going to be the tricky part. I let Bren go first. He stood up from the strong wood barrier of the balcony and grabbed onto the roof pulling himself up. His red t shirt lifted a little bit so I can see his naked skin under it. His muscles in his arms strained some. Without much trouble he made it up now I was next. I nervously stepped on the barrier like he did. Trying to not look down. I raised both arms above my head and grabbed the corner of the roof. I jumped and grasped the edges but didn't make much progress."Brendon...a little help." He turned around and saw me struggling. P.E. was never my area of expertise.
"Oh yeah here grab my hand." He pulled and eventually I got into the roof successfully. The only weird part was him not letting go of my hand. His palms were soft like I suspected and his fingertips were a little blistered from years of playing guitar. I saw him blush when I looked up and he pulled his hand away. The vibrant sensation of his touch still lingering on my fingers. We sat down across from each other and I was preparing myself for my speech. Hopefully my four years of theater will kick in and he buys it.
I let him roll the papers. Besides Jon he is the only one who can successfully roll a blunt. I took out my lighter when he was done and lit the end of it. I took one hit and passed it on to him. Showtime."So I know why you've been annoying me." I say with more ease than I had back in my room.
"You do?" He said raising his eyebrow he passed it back to me and I inhaled it again and coughed.
"Yes, look I know you feel weird about what happened when we were in the woods but trust me, we don't have to make it a big deal."
"We don't?"
"No, look I know you, you're straight man. This was all just a big misunderstanding."
"You're right." He said in low tone.
"Look, B we have something more, our friendship, please tell me this isn't going to ruin us."
"If course not, you mean more to me than anything."
"I feel the same way about you that's why I brought you up here today so we can just forget that anything ever happened." He nodded in agreement.
"Alright."
"Did you hear about Haley breaking things off with Spence?" I asked, desperate to change the subject. He furrowed his eyebrows and shook his head in response. I shrugged and looked up.
"Well apparently she did, not that big of a deal though I'm pretty sure he'll find someone better." He laughed and shook his head.
"What?" I said chuckling at his response."Nothing I just- oh god-" His laughs died down. "Ahh...I might've made a bet with Jon when he and Haley first started going out, I knew they wouldn't last long but Jon had some faith in them. He owes me twenty bucks." He said with an idiot grin. Yep the drugs have kicked in.
"Do you guys ever change?" I asked. He just laughed harder. "I swear you're both twelve years old." I laughed with him. It was nice laughing with him again. I feel we might go back to normal.
