Jace's POV

I sighed, looking at Tyler. He has been out for 3 weeks now. The doctor says he doesn't know why he hasn't woken up yet. His body has already fixed everything he had wrong with him. Its like he's under a spell or something which there really is no telling.

Carson hasn't left the room since he got put in here. He says he's moved his hand a few times but he never wakes up afterward. He's probably more worried then I am. I know Tyler is strong. He has three different immortal beings inside of him for Christ sake. I just wish he would wake up soon. This worrying is killing me and killing Carson. He refuses to leave the room, saying he wants to be the first one he sees when he wakes up. The kids aren't much better either. They haven't gone to school since the fight because I refused to let them. Johnson is tutoring him until all of this is done and Darren is dead. There has been a couple of occasions where I wanted to just walk over there, kick down the door, and kill him with my bare hands but Carson stops me every time saying I didn't need to get myself hurt while Tyler was out of it. I agreed but my wolf didn't, obviously, which prompted me to do it again a few more times. One of the times I almost had him. I was about to knock on his door when I heard growling behind me. That time pissed him off more then anything. I know he knew it wasn't my fault. My wolf just took over at times not letting me have any say in the matter but I have him on a tight leash now. I have barely taken a run because I didn't want to cause more trouble.

"What are you thinking about." Carson whispered, looking over at me.

I sighed and shook my head with a little smile. "Nothing." I stand up from the chair I was sitting in and slowly make my way to the bed and get in. I pull him close to me and look at Tyler. "He's going to be okay." I whisper, kissing his shoulder.

"How do you know." He whispers back before taking my hand that is wrapping around his waist and pulls it up to his chest.

I sighed. "I just have a feeling. He's stronger then you think."

He sighed but didn't comment.

A few minutes later I feel Carson jump and his head pop up. "I felt his hand move. I lot more then before and I can hear his thoughts."

I look at him, confused. "What do you mean?" I asked, sitting up. "and why can't I hear them?"

He shakes his head. "I don't know but I can hear them I swear. He's calling for us." He says, standing up and walking over to him. "I'm right here, baby." He whispers, kissing his forehead.

All of a sudden we hear a sudden gasp come from Tyler and his eyes open wide.

I come over to him and smile before mind-linking the doctor letting him know he's awake.

Tyler looks all around before making eye contact with Carson. Just as he does he busts out crying, surprising the both of us. He wraps his arms around Carson's neck before grabbing my shirt and pulling me into the hug to.

I chuckled slightly and wrapped my arms around the both of them.

The doctor walks in right as we pull away.

He smiles at the doctor then sighs. "How long was I out and why was I out in the first place. The cut wasn't that deep and was already healing."

Johnathon sighs and shakes his head. "Today marks a month you were out and we aren't sure why. The mark was completely healed after a week but you were still out. You had some internal bleeding but that stopped about a day after the mark healed. I have done tons of tests while you were out and none of them make sense. They were all negative."

"Do you remember anything while you were out?" I ask, brushing the hair from in front of his face.

He nods with tears in his eyes. "But I'd rather not talk about it now." he says, looking down.
