Calum's POV
Grace has been in her room for about two hours now. I'm pretty sure I scared her and I don't know if she is ever coming back down. When I originally came here I thought that I wasn't going to have a good time at all. But then I remembered the conversation I had with Ashton last week. He said I couldn't touch her, but he never said that I couldn't get her to touch me. I guess I've already broken my promise to him but, who gives a fuck. Now I have decided to make Grace fall for me because, who wouldn't want some of this. I'm Calum fucking Hood. I could get anybody in our entire school, even when I'm not there. It's now about 9:30 and still no sign of Grace. I decided I would go up to her room and see what she was up to. I walked up the stairs and knocked on her door. I don't think she could hear me though, due to her blasting her music. I opened the door a little bit, peeking into her room. I'm so glad that I did because Grace just so happened to be changing into her pajamas and dancing all around. Some people might have just called me a perve just then, but oops. As I was enjoying the show in front of me, Grace looked over towards the door.
"CALUM YOU GODDAMN PERVERT!" she screamed at the top of her lungs, until her chest felt tight.
"Hey Grace, babygirl, I was just coming in to check on you. I haven't seen you in a few hours." I said, while I was slowly backing away from her room.
Grace stomped up to her door and slammed it in my face.
"Aw come on Grace just let me come in. I'm so bored and lonely by myself, I need company." I said through the door.
It was quiet for a minute, and then the door opened to a fully clothed Grace.
"Yay." I yelled and ran up to Grace to give her a hug.
"Oh my god Calum, hands off my butt please." I just couldn't help myself.
"Sorry babygirl." I smirked at her.
"What's with the 'babygirl' name calling." She asked me.
"Well, you're my babygirl." I shrugged at her.
"Calum, no I'm not doing this. I'm not your babygirl and I'm not your friend." She shook her head and look at the floor.
"What do you mean we aren't friends?" I was genuinely hurt by her comment. I wanted to be her friend before anything else.
"Well I'm just saying that you're like popular and I'm just a nobody, that tries to stay out of everyone's way."
"Grace, just because you may not be popular, doesn't mean we can't be friends?" I told her, meaning every word I spoke to her. She still wasn't looking at me. I took her chin in my hand and tilted her face towards mine. Now she was looking straight at me.
"Grace I really do want to be your friend again. I miss hanging out with you. Like remember in the 8th grade when you and I snuck out to the football field after lunch and just laid down in the middle of the field?" I said to her with a huge grin on my face.
"Oh yeah, and then Ms. Wellings caught us and we both got detention for a week." Grace was now lying back on her bed laughing her ass off at the memory of us. I smiled down at her, seeing her happy made my insides hurt.
"I want us to be like that again, I want to be able to tell you everything and have movie nights and shit like that." Grace said.
"Okay." was all I said, with a smile on my face.
"Oh and by the way my friend is coming over tomorrow." I said to her hoping that she will be okay with that.
"Whatever, as long as they're not annoying I'm good with that."
