Every single day is a masquerade;
Every act is a part of my charade.

And hide my scars inside my pretty dress;
I conceal my disintegrating heart.
When I am alone my act falls apart;
My mask can no longer hide my madness.
The beauty gone, revealed is my true mess.
All feelings and tears I will barricade;
Every single day is a masquerade.
